Good point, good point. I also hope we see the Thrice-Blessed Armor at some point, I'd say movie #3.

or atleast have it like it was in Priest Run. So he can make it appear or disappear if he chooses. That could look intimidating and awesome

Agreed. I don't like capes on acrobatic, agile characters.
So should we see Black Panther's cape in the sequel, or never on film at all?

I'd be surprised if there isn't a nod to it at some point.

I think it would work if it was a short cape.

I want T'Challa to be allowed to move on. I never saw the marriage as sustainable and I'm glad it's over, but that wasn't at all what I said. I said discussion of her in Black Panther is inevitable. She's in the book right now. The writer of the book is writing a Storm book (this thread has had plenty of discussion about former Black Panther writers' other work). And the discussion could be about those previous stories. To me, it's hard to discuss See Wakanda and Die and not mention Storm's role in that story.

Under the right folks it could have been. To where it would have benefited everyone. It's just another case of fanboy behavior over what's best for business.
How would say X-Men vs Inhumans work out with X-Men having Wakanda support? Or Secret Empire? Or Secret Wars? Or Civil War 2?

It wouldn't have because that's not the story they wanted to tell so the X-Office would have ignored him or written him out, which is exactly the issue I have.

Logistically 2 characters from 2 different franchises dating does potentially make the relationship far less sustainable.
That said, Coates writing both the Storm and BP books potentially changes the equation in their favor.
Black Panther T-shirts.

Realistically T'Calla doesn't have a while lot of direct support from Wakanda outside of his pen book, so I sort of doubt Storm would drag Wakanda into mutant affairs. Just like Namor usually doesn't drag Atlantis into super hero stories most of the time (though there are exceptions). Typically super hero kings just do super hero stuff themselves. Sort of like how Cap had help from T'Challa in the first Civil War but not help from any Doras or HZ (though Namor brought some help). And similar to how when BP and Storm were captured in WWH to Wakandan aid ever came for their king and queen. It's normal to leave non super hero aide out of things. Though there are exceptions.

After Black Panther's movie comes out I'm pretty sure that Wakandan affairs will be featured more in non Black Panther stories. If Namor had a movie coming out in the near future I would say the same for him as well.
