How good are Wakandan mystics at resurrection? Jim Rhodes needs some help badly.
his body is artificial anyways. they just need to grow another. if they want to be "funny," they can have someone comment that his new body looks like Don Cheadle.

Anyone notice a trend? Every time there's a Civil War, a black male hero gets killed.
Given the track record Killmonger has against him maybe he just wanted to stack the deck in his favor.
But yeah ... the medieval sword and armor look always looked a little weird on him.
It's kinda like played out and boring at this point. When they fight it should essentially be like how Priest depicted their fight, they are pretty much equals n but unless he gets distracted. T'Challa will win.. and that should only happen to where they are equals AFTER kilmonger gets blessed by the lion god and that should be preceded after he gets fully and utterly manhandled by T'Challa first tht force's him to seek more power to challenge him

Given that this is fiction and written by writers. I repeat, he shouldn't need to wear European styled knight armor. That's as dumb as the force pushing Big Goon and the Killmonger thing is something you will don't see with any other character. Its poor writing and something that doesn't happen when you treat the protagonist, like a true protagonist.

Killmonger and him fought pretty evenly without armor back in the day. Both deciding to wear armor evens things up I suppose, and maybe makes it goes a little quicker since the last fight took like forever.
Killmongers armor was actually kind of cool in a predator sort of way. If nothing else I think he walked away with a win in terms of style points over medieval T'Challa. I guess that's something he can take to the grave with him.

[Pedantic]Back in the original "Panther's Rage" storyline (which introduced Killmonger) they were not at all equal! Killmonger was very much T'Challa's physical superior. In every single battle that they had, Killmonger won. It is part of what made "Panther's Rage" so great.[/Pedantic]

I agree with that. T'Challa has been scaled up in invincibility since then (I would argue it actually peaked with Priest with Hudlin toning it down slightly) and, even then, they were at least equals.

I wouldn't say that made it great. Losing the first times they fought is Fine to establish he is formidable. But in the end, having T'Challa be saved by the kid (who then ultimately does of drug overdose) is Pyrrhic victory that kinda ruined the story a little for me. Especially considering the entirely of PR showed T'Challa getting beat to sh*t constantly by everyone and everything. Hell an old lady split his scalp a can... That is NOT a good look lol
There was an iron man issue (I can't think of what it's called atm) where T'Challa defeats kilmonger after hard fought battle that left both of them exhausted has it right. Same with Priest's run. T'Challa had kilmonger beat and only lost because Ross distracted him.. That is how his fights with kilmonger should go. Not how Panthers rage and Hudlin's run went especially with the feats under his belt

Certainly Kill mongers track record speaks for itself. But even though Killmonger kept winning I think it's fair to say they're pretty even. Killmonger had to work for it.

Basically it should be this way: Kilmonger should win the majority of the time if he blind sides T'Challa/ catches him off guard aka T'Challa is distracted. If They Fight head on like in PR , Priest's and Hudlins run when T'Challa is focusing on him, then kilmonger should be beaten. Everytime. So he knows though they are mostly even, he also knows he can't win in head on bout's so he tries to distract him to win

I know the medieval armor was kinda ugly but it wasn't THAT bad.

The armor could've look better. This the best it looked IMO

Only cover certain parts. But the biggest issue is it provided no benefit that we could see that the Microweave would provide plus the added benefit of the Microweave allowing more freedom of movement.
Maybe if he used it against heavy hitters and it increased he durability and strength etc etc then it may have been ok. But so far it wasn't good aesthetically or physically

To me this is the same. He doesn't need it there either. That's a different armor..
He had the thrice-blessed armor is the euro armor and that is the "light armor".

In all fairness Kill monger wore armor too so T'Challa wearing it makes it a fair fight.
He arguably didn't need it against Steve especially since it wasn't a real fight.
