Lmao you know what is even more ironic? The narrative that every time a black leader stands up to help black folks in America, they get killed. Killmonger and his father were both killed (by other black men) for trying to help other black men and women that are being made victims of a world that wants nothing more than to see them exterminated. Just some food for thought.
So you're willing to look past the fact that Killmonger and by association with Klaw his father were killers too?

Hello? Where did you pull any of that from my message? I stated repeatedly that Killmonger's means of achieving his ends were deplorable. Did that stop him from being a complex, thought-provoking character? Isnt there a group of people that spout the #Killmongerwasright mantra? Are you purposely ignoring the things I'm saying to you?

I pulled it from reading it. You tried to equate Killmonger and his father to the people who fought against the suffering of others non violently.
You are absolutely right. The road to hell and all... Did Killmonger's father not have valid reasoning tho? His son WAS one of them. His son WAS one of the disenfranchised that America has historically vowed to neglect. Yes, he should have taken his son and gone home. Yes, he could have even gone on the mission to get the vibranium himself and not send in an outsider. Yes, he could have been honest with his brother and honorably started some out reach. That is all immaterial. The fact of the matter is both Killmonger and his father died following their agendas to stop the systematic injustices that plague black people in America and the world over. That's what endeared both of them to viewers. To dismiss this truth is disingenuous. And I'm honestly a little let down that this message was and is lost on people.
I didnt dismiss any truths.
I said njobobobobo is a idiot.

No, you didn’t. Read it again. The bolded was a clear reference to Malcolm X.

What acts of violence did he commit? During his time with NOI or afterwards.

Not the same thing. Njobu helped an outsider into his nation who went and killed a bunch of his people, killmonger was killing his in brothers and sisters. You can't claim they were right and then ignore what they were doing. The idea was good intentioned. The actions they look is what made them villains. That's why Tchalla is the hero. People here got the message more then you think

There are none that I know of. That still makes him man that will be remembered for his message of by any means necessary. That is NOT a message of non violence. It actually rose to be in stark defiance of the non violent movement. But I'm sure I don't need to tell you that.
Lololol do I really need to explain that T'Challa was NOT dealing with the same political issues in CIVIL WAR? It stands to reason that SOME people were going to gravitate to that portrayal? My main point being, fan reaction to Killmonger here in America was RIDICULOUS. T'Challa took his moral high ground away by opening the borders. And respectfully, the post below is the one you should have responded to.

You saw that post, but you missed the one it was piggybacking off of? You're not picking up on my message if you're repeating things I already said WITHOUT understanding why I said them.
His FF is better.
He likes more of the characters and there is more "support" characters there. So when they just play a roll it works better.
His avengers roster was so big that he had big name avengers "playign a role" which was just werid lol
He basically turned the Avengers into the Legion of Superheroes which would have been fine but the story he decided to wrap around them was so slow moving.

Well...despite his words he didn't actually do anything that would have helped black people. He in fact committed acts of violence against black folks and became an imperialist himself.

There agenda was violence spreading violence, as T'Challa so intelligently Called Erik out in that he wasn't looking to free the oppressed, he was wanting a power shift, literally the exact same thing that was happening only in reverse. The message of injustice for Blacks was true. But they were very hypocritical especially when Killing those who didn't fully agree with their exact mindset

Had Kill monger succeeded the world would have been left at the mercy of Thanos and his black order.

Why are people so quick to jump on this post, but they ignore the one prior that gives it greater context? I've already account for his actions. We've established that he was a hypocrite, he killed the black people he said he wanted to liberate so on and so forth. I'm pretty sure in his mind, they died for the greater good. That does not address the point I'm making. He was a staple as a villain because his motives made SENSE AND THEY WERE HEARTFELT. The ends he took to achieve those goals made him a hypocrite, but that doesn't change the fact that A LOT of people connected with him on a moral level. #Killmongerwasright, remember?

What are you even getting at. Everyone here already recognized the bare bones message he was pushing (hypocritically). So what point see you trying to get at?
The killmonger was right hashtag also had other hashtags like he was the rightful king and ignored the fact that he didn't actually believe or follow the message he was spouting and simply used it as an excuse for his rage. They didn't die trying in Their fight to stop injustice, they died on their quest becoming the very things they were trying to stop
