It wasn't just a picture.

Here he is talking about it. The fact that he's encouraging black women specifically to see this is worrying considering who it's been written and directed by. Not only that but there's two rape scenes in the movie.
Places like Tumblr, Pintrest and Instagram pages etc have already done a complete 180 on him. Chadwick is losing a lot of fans.
Edit: Including me.
Also, that's not my insta by the way.
They've removed the rape scenes or at least removed the pivotal first one
While he was writing BP, Priest actually wrote two posts on Usenet describing how he envisioned Batman vs. Black Panther:
And also:
Both of which gives me high hopes for when Bats finally shows up in Prieststroke.
At the time? Sure, now? Bats gets spanked hard Hard HARD.
and the clone is already in a Wakandan cell naked and cuffed with Vibranium shackles, because T'Chala already infiltrated and hacked the Bat cave week before leaving his Panther Trojan in place and redirecting the mind transfer to a place of his choosing
...or so T'Challa thought, because Bruce copied his mind into Oracle who then hacked into the Wakanda's computers and said, "All your base are belong to us!".
Luckily Coates Panther isn't the only version we are seeing as of right Now. We have Ewings outsmarting Galactus Panther, guest appearances Bp prep king and TA hulk T'Challa is probably gonna be a total badass.. until Coates proves otherwise, his Bp doesn't count. Bp will always >>>> Bat's
Amen my bro.
You implied it with the "dishrag" comment and the winning in a fight context.
Im all about facts.
Goon Slam Gary cupped T'Chino in one gargantuan palm before slamming the hapless Orphan King into the ground like a sack of drowned cats.
The force of the aformentione "slam" enabled T'Chino to eke out another pyrhicc "victory" over his country man.
At no point did I state that Goon Slam Gary won the fight.
I think Lord Morph was concerned that Boseman might have to issue a similar apology ( due to his support of BOaN) so folks aren't soured on seeing the Black Panther movie.
If Boseman genuinely believes that Nate Parkers movie is worth watching, there's absolutely no reason why he should apologise to anyone for stating that.
If people are going to turn on him for offering up his honest opinion, that's their prerogative.

My personal feeling is that the BP film is still in production and one thing doesn't have much to with the other. In order for Boseman's actions to adversely affect the BP movie, it'd have to be opening weekend and he'd have to be caught doing especially egregious...giving cocaine to a Taiwanese boy hooker or something...

Don't give the papparazzi any ideas. :)

I honestly don't see what the issue is, nor do I think this will blow up. Chadwick asked people (he said, "black women and black men") to see the film and not let the controversy around it deter them from seeing positive imagery. Even if you disagree with him and his message, he didn't target anyone, name call, or shame those who disagreed. and when I searched "Chadwick Boseman nate Parker" on Tumblr I only saw one post, which implored people not to boycott Chadwick and Jesse Williams over their support of Birth of a Nation.

which T'Challa anticipated and had Cyborg counter with his technosapien firewall and bomb tube Wakanda's black ops team to Gordon's house (Barbara still lives with her parents :p ). Cyborg is actually a Wakandan sleeper agent tasked with spying on the Justice League

Chadwick didn't specifically defend Parker, the person.
So there really isn't a issue here yet.

This here, I don't see the issue at all personally but people are so quick to 180 flip without actually paying attention to what is being said. They hear want They want hear and ignore the rest. Which is a positive imagery of V black people. But we can't have that. Gotta focus on the fact it was directed by Nate Parker and because Chadwick didn't shun it he must be okay with what he did...

I'm surprised y'all going in on this, but slow Saturday I get it. Anything to distract from Coates

This would be easier to back up if he didn't take a picture with Nate and tagged it "We Building"
Between that picture and the video of the speech it's easy to see why people would think he is in Nate's corner and trying to get people to overlook the accusations which is considered a big no no. It makes him look like a rape apologist.
