Consistency :)
We would need an Infinity Gantlet, The Source Wall, and maybe a TARDIS to make that happen. lol

That's the one think Japanese comics will forever have over its American counteracts. One artist and writer telling stories with a definitive beginning, middle, and end will have consistancy.
Dozens of different writers and artists telling hundreds of different stories spanning decades and different mediums will inevitably lead to the inconsistency US comic fans are forced to deal with.

That's why I liked the time period of Civil War to Siege. Everyone was mostly on the same page.
Force push = Goku's kaoken.
Or the biotic charge from mass effect.
Have BP thrust forward and shoulder block the f*** outta somebody, just because.
Yes exactly. Honestly despite it being over used, I like the force push ability. It NEEDS to be used in clever ways Though like how Priest would utilize all of Tchallas tech to use then in Their conventional and unconventional ways.
Microweave claws and Daggers, Kimoyo and Force push for standard gear. Push is used to supplement his h2h and natural physical abilities to keep his enemies guessing.
Light armor/thrice blessed armor mixed with Shadow Physics and energy guantlets with the abilities I mentioned earlier when facing cosmic beings.. that would be so baller

I liked it too... it felt like everything mattered. The while MU has a sort of unified synergy. But I guess the downside of that particular period is if you weren't a fan of the Civil War/Dark Reign stuff you were somewhat out of luck.
Guest/Teambook/Cartoon package
- vib weave
-kymoyo (good job ewing)
- energy daggers (gj ewing) that can form staff (emh)
- claws, despite redundant, need that synergy
Solo Book Toys
- thrice blessed armor that has force push tech for proxima level threats only
- ability to talk to ancestors only in necropolis
Other than that, gocus on his innate abilities, his h2h skills,
Oh and some confudense confidence pls
Yeah... the more I see it, the more I think force push shouldn't be a part of his standard gear. It's just too easy to use it to replace h2h combat.
Having it an aspect of a special suit (the equivalent of Stark having a Hulk Buster suit for special occasions) I think works better, because those are situations where he probably won't be using h2h to the same extent anyways. For higher level opponents it becomes more about tech than pure skill anyways so there's no net loss in having him use it as liberally as he needs to.
I get the feeling they'll probably just forget about the King of The Dead stuff. But I did like the ability to speak his ancestors. I think that's something that could really be expanded on.
Even beyond practical uses, it can add emotional impact to a story, open up heritage and history...
This is the kind of stuff that should be focused on in "World of Wakanda", not the current stuff.

Honestly, that's why a comic nerd needs to be writing BP. More so, someone with Chadwick Boseman's "Rumbles Board" mentality when it comes to boosting the character. Nobody cares about BP emo'ing about how he'd rather save cats from trees than be a king or whatever. Most discussions from casuals is about how or whether he could beat up _____ character; where he ranks in the top 5 as a fighter/big brain, and what's up with him and Storm (lol). Pretty much the same discussions going on here when we ain't face-palming the exclusion of such things.

Don't forget this little guy!

Shouldn't this be part of his standard prep time equipment vs Doom?
"Oh you got a time machine? Well i got a magical f***** frog! Pull up!"
I'm not throwing her under the bus, I just don't believe that she is more important or influencial to the overall MU then Tchalla just because she is new and they want to Hype her up. Give her some feats to back it up and I'll believe it but considering Tchalla created a ship to survive the destruction of everything as well as restoring 616, I would say that's a bit more important in my book
As Beware Of Geek has pointed out, Coates has done such a great job of messing up the BP mythos and T'Challa, that despair fueled desperation has descended on many.
T'Challa became irrelevant as a compelling character, the moment many of his supposedly core fanbase accepted Coates continuance of the milquetoast take on T'Challa Hickman introduced in the latter issues of NA leading up to Secret Wars II.
T'Challa failed tto protect Wakanda during Hickman's saga and in many ways, was responsible for its destruction at the hands of Namor and the Cabal.
T'Challa repeatedly misdirected and lied to his sister which undermined her to the core and eventually led to her death.
Upon using an infinity gem to take things back to before the first incursion, he placed himslf back on the throne and inexplicably failed to bring Queen Shuri back even though he brought back Namor and a fully rebuilt Atlantis. (As evidenced in the Squadron Supreme book)
After that number of consistently depicted failure, Coates further diminishment of T'Challa's character, makes it impossible for me to take the character seriously.
I'm not about to fall back on celebrating a new character like Lunella Lafayette just because.
Frak T'Challa and his milquetoast a$$.
Moon girl being # 1 isn't a issue for me.. I'll take her being one of doom or & reed any day.. ( I take issue with Val being on list more than anything but that a story for another day)
What I don't care for is both Hulks, Hank & Hank & Tony being listed before T' Challa when they all should be below/after.. And that isn't more a list of marvel major characters & characters marvel want to be major... Leaving out less popular characters who are just as smart/smarter ( Blue Marvel, Dr Night shade, Dr. Ho & etc)..
So it's just list of who marvel pushing & how hard they are/plan to push them..
Yea, comic book T'Challa kinda sucks.
T'Chadwick is shaping up to be like his 1998 self with a sprinkle of 2006. Interesting that the version his 'true' hardcore fans hold onto is the same version that excites the general public, which is the same version that actors and directors champion... which is different than the emo-ing doofus who'd rather save cats from trees than be king, among other dumb writer-induced decisions. Interesting times we're in.

Comicbook T'Challa under Coates is a non-entity with the full irony being that the comicbook T'Challa guest starring in other books post SS II, is the total bad ass we've known from the past as depicted by Lee, Kirby, McGregor, Priest, Johns, Hudlin, McDuffie, Aaron, (pre X-books) and David Liss.
T'Chadwick and Coogler are virtually the last chance T'Challa has to be accurately portrayed as the character true BP fans have loved in the past.
My only prayer is that Coogler does not incorporate any aspect of Coates rubbish into the Black Panther's first solo movie.
