I don't think Black Panther is going to feature much in Infinity Wars at all. He didn't have the Time/Reality Gem in any of the Countdown books so far.
I guess they "Dragonball'd" away after Secret Wars.

I don't think he'll necessarily be one of the stars of Infinity War, but I suspect the fact that one of the 1bill bc Avengers is a Black Panther, that will get him a good amount of panel time. I don't think he'll just be a warm body in the background. I think he'll have a role to play.
I'm very happy with the new issue.
T'Challa was baller from start to finish and the supporting characters were supportive.
Any updates on the issue that came out today?
Good issue. I have no major complaints. Moved quickly, good action, no shade. I'd buy it if I thought this would continue.
Minor complaints. Exposition at the beginning messed up the tone of the later pages. Ending was anti climatic. Mostly because I have no idea who that character is. lol.
His appearance does however reinforce the Originators being an allegory for Columbus colonization.
Quick google search=what seems to be a minor, but powerful Xmen villain
Well today is one of the rare issues where Coates actually wrote T’Challa the way he’s supposed to be written. Kicked ass from beginning to end and Coates managed to restrain himself from shade throwing this time around. Too bad the next issue is gonna be entirely about a certain mutant.

I doubt that. Dude at the end has a particular and powerful powerset and the relaunch issue is the one after that. Its gonna 100% set up for that.
Nvm forgot about the solicit lmao u right
I ask for more analysis. Is this story now officially a stand in for the crimes of America against the natives of its lands?

If it is then I really don’t know how it’s supposed to work now. Because how the hell do a bunch of creatures living in Africa worship a god that’s Native American? And before anyone brings up the Egyptian pantheon please keep in mind that Egypt is in Africa so the Wakandans worshipping them makes sense. The originators worshipping someone that comes from another part of the damn planet doesn’t.

Um...why does it bug me so much when Black Panther is drawn crouching down. It has no air of dominance or i don't know it just doesn't seem boss.

Really? To me it always suggests "here comes that ###whooping". Thor is always standing around posing like that (I'm pretty sure he was doing that when he caught that slug with his forehead and got knocked out in Enemy of the State); the only time he actually seems threatening to me is when that hammer is cocked back ready to Gallagher someone.
