*Fingers Crossed* I'm hoping that this new 'Justice League' push by WB for the movies doesn't mean they do what they always do and go 'Oh no, this would confuse viewers too much' and pull the permission for a series. I find it really weird that, with the success of Arrow, that they've taken the round-about way of doing a pilot instead of just doing a short series order like almost everything else gets, then expanding it if everything goes well.
Unlikely...since DC Entertainment head did say that they are encouraging different takes/depictions of each character.

That's one of the things I like the most about this new approach. To not be afraid of trying new takes on the characters and teh way the people perceives them

I like that the Flash in the show will look a bit different from the average male superhero.
Grant is representing us lanky guys :p

I'm excited to see how they handle Professor Zoom.

"At the CW, there finally has been some separation in the pack, though all six pilots still have a shot. The odds are not bad at all as the network is expected to pick up four or five new series. Of the six pilots, there is one virtual lock: the DC-based The Flash, which is on the schedule."

It is a sign that the DC movie universe will have no connection to the CW DC universe. I've heard that we should expect a different actor playing Flash in the movies. I'd expect the same for Green Arrow... if we ever see him.
Was just about to ask this. When d'you guys think we could get some trailer for the series?
Before that... there is a trailer on the season finale of Arrow.
I don't believe there are any yet, but there is the head shot for the mask, full body, for costume and some set pictures at least, to tide one over a while.
Favorite DC hero. Please be good!

Very pumped, Barry was likable on Arrow. Hopefully this show really pulls off the super speed thing, it'd pretty much make any Arrow style fight-scene against goons over in an instant. Wonder how much they'll go for it with portraying that.
Also, they should bring in Power Girl on this show, or at least Karen Starr. While we're throwing out character wishlists. And how about Lobo? A guy can dream.
-
Have they casted a Captain Cold?
I suppose they'll probably treat super-speed the same way it was treated in Smallville.

I don't think they have. They might announce that during the months leading up to the premiere.

I hope Felicity drops by every now and then. Or, at the very least, is mentioned by Barry once. (to at least show that he remembers her.)
