I'm loving the hell outta it.
I grew up in East Los/Boyle Heights, so there's some real familiarity.
Felipe Smith is off to a strong start and his voice for Robbie is great.
Tradd Moore is killing it in the art department.
The way he renders flames is beautiful.
Feels like the first run of Jaime Reyes' Blue Beetle but with more bite.
You know I never really thought about that till you mentioned it but that's absolutely correct.
I'm really digging the new Ghost Rider, my only problem with it is that you can tell the author is writing for the trade.

Like most comics these days, sadly.
I used to bug me, but I've come to accept it.
I wish there were more 2 issue arcs and one in dones.

If you haven't read it, Mighty Avengers does 2 and 3 issue arcs. That's probably my favorite book being published by Marvel right now.

Dude I love Mighty Avengers!
I'm glad we're getting dense storytelling is short arcs.
It feels like money well spent.

Yeah, there hasn't been an issue of Mighty that has felt like filler.
Actually now that i think about it Black Widow, She Hulk, and Loki do this very well also.
Ms Marvel is clearly being written for trade also but each issue feels packed with story and development.
So, because there was a long running one in the Marvel forum, I decided to make another "Minority Problem" thread...

I don't get what happened. There was barely any discussion.

Apparently they're going to review the thread to see if it should be allowed. Those types of threads tended to get very out of hand in the DC forums.

I'm glad more writers are starting to do this.
Tell a full story, but still have it be part of the bigger picture.
When you feel like you're only two really drawn out scenes it's a headache.

It took me a few minutes to think about it, but yeah, remembering what got CBR nuked in the first place, I can see why that thread and not the Marvel one is under review.

Alright that makes sense but I feel that since these sort of topics tend to get out of hand that's all the more reason to try and have them. In a civil manner of course.

Really? First issue in and Ghost Rider was already tearing things up. That's not really trade writing. What he's doing is writing for Tradd Moore. That's a book totally propelled by the artwork.

Even before things got nuked, threads like that in the DC forum were put under review and watched closely. like that Scott Lobdell sexual harassment thread. Mods try really hard to allow those topics to be discussed but some people just can't behave themselves.

In the first the first issue ends with him turning into Ghost Rider and driving away...We don't actually see Ghost Rider in action till the next issue.

Compared to, say, Ultimate Spider-Man, where he didn't put on the costume for a couple issues...
