No, they shouldn’t cancel the pre-order

I have one of these 10 minutes from my house and i've never found anything all that great. Good find!
This is just for my fellow Irish folk, but Bookdepository is running a 10% off offer for customers in Ireland.
This combines well with some DC omnibuses which are already at a high discount of 45% off or more, namely Lucifer Vol 1, Sandman Vol 2, Y The Last Man, Ex Machina, (both already 50% off!), Wonder Woman by Azzarello & Chiang, Green Lantern by Geoff Johns Vol 3, Swamp Thing by Nancy Collins, Teen Titans The Bronze Age, and Batman by Snyder & Capullo.
Just enter the code IE10 at checkout.

From my experience, that's the beauty of Amazon preorders - they just linger and if prices drop you get that price. If prices raise (like in this case) you get lowest price. Unless they cancel the solict altogether and create a new one, in which case then you're hosed. But Amazon typically doesn't do that.
X of Swords OHC is currently £37.49 on Amazon UK:

This was originally a $60 book but the recent solicitations changed that to $100 so this is a very good deal.
Also - Absolute Swamp Thing by Alan Moore Volume 2 was already ridiculously low-priced at £28.16 on Amazon UK but is now even cheaper at £23.25:

That is quite cheap. Does that imply Volume 1 isn't getting a reprint or just a random discount?

No, they are releasing a new volume 1 print: https://www.amazon.com/Absolute-Swamp-Thing-Moore-Printing/dp/1779506953
I'm more worried if they will release a volume 3 after all the layoffs
The other thing to worry about - I can't see a listing for the new printing of Vol. 1 on Amazon UK although it must be happening because it's up on UCS' website:

It might be just a glitch on Amazon's UK site. There are listings for the new edition on the US site, as well as Book Depository, which is owned by Amazon.

How is the packaging from Amazon?
How is the packaging from Amazon?
I was asking the same. I'm from Brazil and their packaging was really good there.
But you will always see people complaining about it here. Check this page: https://community.cbr.com/showthread.php?10906-Packaging-Shipping-Refunds-and-Replacements-Share-your-Experiences!&p=4998253&viewfull=1#post4998253

Terrible. I've had many issues with them in the past, I hardly ever use them nowadays.
