Is Wonder Woman #217 the final.issue written by Rucka? These were released about a year apart.
There should be a final/third tpb of Rucka's Wonder woman at some point.
Can someone explain the mapping of the late 80s/early 90s JL titles? Mainly with all the renaming of the JLE/JLI/JLA etc? I know that's a lot to ask...

His run finished with #226, so there's presumably a third volume on the way at some point, with #218 to 226 and the Sacrifice crossover with the Superman books. Also, I hope DC remember to include the Flash crossover issue in Vol 2.

You're correct. I see Rucka wrote up to #226. That's roughly 8 issues, same as the original Missions End tpb. In sure they'll find something else to fit in here to make it more to size as the others.
I'm also thrilled they're releasing a tpb of her 100 page 75th anniversary special. I wish they included something else in there though. Sure its only $13, but wasnt or originally $7.99? I'm also curious if sometime next Winter/Spring, will they release a Wonder Woman by Gail Simone Book One of two. We're pretty close to collecting all of V.2, assuming we finish Ruckas run and Perez' run. I know there are some in between, and I hope those see the light of day as well.

Rucak goes to 226. There's also a Geoff Johns Flash crossover issue, a Superman crossover around Infinite Crisis, and the Blackest Night mini.
JLI starts as Justice League, then changes to Justice League international at issue 7 (when it goes international), then shift back to Justice League America (Not of. Just America) at issue 26 for some unexplained reason.
Edit: Ninja'd

Damnit, forgot about the Blackest Night issues. I'm sure for completion it might be there, but I already have them in my Black Lantern Corps books.

It's not unexplained. The spin off title Justice League Europe started at the same time. JLI members Captain Atom and Rocket Red went over to the new team based in Paris (and later London) and were joined by others. The rest of the team were based in New York. So it went from one title called Justice League International to two titles called Justice League America and Justice League Europe.

Are we thinking that D.C. Releases a volume 2 Absolute Authority early next year or some time next year?
-
I checked the new releases again and there's going to be Planetary books. Is the Planetary/Batman book part of the overall story or is it just a OGN?

Oh I agree but I was curious if we think that volume 2 gets a quick reprint. Reminds me of when Planetary got back to back reprints some years ago.

They're reprinting it, book one is coming soon, and I believe book two was in the edelweiss.

I doubt it as Volume 2 never really went out of print. It's still available for below cover price from amazon marketplace.
