I cooked myself some chicken Marsala. The unbreaded version. It's very tasty for the most part but the chicken filets ended up being a bit thick. So id didn't absorb the flavoring of everything else. I'll have to cut it different next time.
Thick, juicy beefy burger on sesame bun with pickles, lettuce and tomatoe.
Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers: bacon cheese, and cream sauce. Voodoo Rangers beer
Kibbeh, tabbouleh, grape leaves and pita bread with hummus. Magnifique.
"Off brand" shake n bake chicken, chicken rice pilaf, strir-fry veggies , a slice of texas toast and all totally economical. ;)
Nibbling on some chocolate chip cookies I bought from the [I][FONT=Comic Sans MS]Stop & Shop[/FONT][/I] bakery department[SIZE=1] (what they call a "Fresh Baked Cookie Bucket")[/SIZE].
Dinner tonite will be chicken cutlet parmesian, creamy mashed potatoes and green beens. Also garlic bread and a side salad.

Some turkey burger thing I got at the grocery store. I dunno...maybe tomorrow I'll figure out a different way to prepare them and they'll taste better.

Did homemade turkey burgers three days this week. Cumin, garlic, onions, bell peppers, dijon mustard, and sriracha in the burger. Provolone cheese on top.
Earlier in the week, I did homemade shake-n-bake chicken with Rice Chex, some of those same seasons, and spicy Cheez-Its.
Moving soon, and trying to get rid of excess pantry and freezer stuff.
