Count me in for this. Blink and Polaris looks like they are not shying away from xcharacters.
Polaris? Wow. I'm impressed. And some more good actors, too. Well played, Fox and Disney. You're playing very well together so far. :)
Alright, I'm officially listening.
Still side-eyeing it all because Singer, but Blink and Polaris and Amy Acker (even if she's *sigh* The Mom)... I'm interested.
Can't wait for another X-Men show.
so f**** excited.
most of you already said it, but Blink and Polaris on the same show??? hell f*** yes!! thats how you do it, use actual comic characters, and pretty dope ones. And more to come for sure! (board rumor said Callisto too)
My question is, will Polaris have green hair?
Polaris in live-action? This is crazy and I'm ready for it. Is there any chance we might get this by fall/Winter of this year?

Or will Blink's hair/skin be colored comic accurate?
I'm completely flabbergasted at this point, and at a loss for words... quietly flippin' out basically, but in the meantime...
Despite playing coy for reasons unknown, the untitled Fox series about mutants is shaping up to be an X-Men show. First, there was the casting of Jamie Chung as Blink and now Emma Dumont (Bunheads) as Polaris.
First announced by The Hollywood Reporter, the casting news buried the lede. Sure, Amy Acker (Person of Interest) will play Kate Stewart, regular mom to teenage children exhibiting mutant abilities while also dealing with estrangement from her husband Reed (played by Stephen Moyer). But who cares about that? Magneto’s daughter Lorna Dane aka Polaris is the real story. Emma Dumont’s character is being described as a “strong-willed, brave, and loyal mutant who has the ability to manipulate magnetism.” ...
Since the producers have been saying this DOES take place in the XCU, I wonder if they'll be using it to bridge the gap between the present and Logan's time.
[spoil]If you've seen Logan, I'm sure you've immediately spotted how the premise fits beautifully into the status quo of the film.[/spoil]

Seeing that the dad's name is Reed makes me wish Fox just said screw trying to turn FF into a movie franchise and just made the Richards family the protagonists of this show, with Reed and Sue on the run to protect their mutant children.
