It's worse than that. It's on life support with zero chance of coming out of it.

I finally got around to watching Impact.
Well, I fast-forwarded through some stuff, but Anderson's belch in response to Storm's questioning him might very well have been Mr. Butthole's finest moment in his entire career.
But it's hard sitting through the build for a PPV match that isn't going to happen. MVP's knee isn't TNA's fault, but that's the position they're in.

anderson knows how to bring on the funny shit. just look at the aces and 8s battle royal.
mr. buthole is the opposite of funny to me.
for the most part i'm enjoying impact right now. no hogan or bitchoff, no A&E. i'm digging MVP/kenny king/lashley as a unit, storm is interesting again, EC3, magnus & bram are sort of interesting, aries and joe having something to do and looking pretty good. it's not perfect but it never was. all that off screen shit i don't really care about.
There's no need for circus music to play through the whole match with the menagerie. The balloons in Robbie Es trunks was the worst. Lol.
Brooke is back, where does Spike shop? Lol.
TNA must've got some money to hire some ppl back. Now Bully is gonna play the nice guy.
EY took a serious beatdown from the faction. Now MVP is owning him powerbomb into the turnbuckle and kick to the jaw! EY still kicks out lol.

It's actually worse than that. I have watched TNA when they were doing the weekly 10 dollar ppv shows. I've never imagined they'd be this bad, this is Death of WcW bad. If Spike decides not to renew their television contract, TNA is done. Some can say they already are.

I bet spacebucks they get renewed, and that's when it's really sad.

It's Spike's bread and butter since MMA isn't doing so hot atm.

I wouldn't bet too much. Word is there's 2 promotions that are trying to get the Spike slot when TNA's deal run out (Roh and Jarrett's new promotion?) Hopefully this is true. I was saddened when WcW went out of business but I'll be overflowing with tears of joy and happiness when TNA is finally vanquished from this earth and be gone forever.

wtf?? TNA has been so much worse than this at many different points in time, and even late 99 WCW was worse. the only thing truly horrible right now is the menagerie.

have to double check with alex on this one as he is the buyrate/ratings/business/draw/star xpert, but i believe the bellator PPV did quite well. considering the main event got canceled and there was boxing on that night that's not too shabby.

i'll never understand people like this, what does TNA going out of business do for you?? and what makes you think a promotion run by slapnuts will be any better??
anyways impact was not good tonight aside from the stuff with the triple threat and the KO's. even with the small roster they have they got 2 decent feuds and storyline going on with gail vs da blondies & madi vs brittney. and i liked the way they handled EY and the triple threat, destroying young's back like that gave MVP more of an advantage than any stip would, yeah EY choosing a cage match was retarded but that's EY, he's an idiot.
the menagerie is FUKN TERRIBLE, the music makes it worse, and tenay's fake laughing is worse than eric bitchoff back in the day. show really lacking tag team & x-division action.
Bellator is owned by Spike and has practically half the viewers that TNA has. Bellator did 100,000 PPV buys for their PPV and this is a company with half the viewership so they actually make real money off of Bellator. There were pics floating around of these 2 baseball stadium house shows for TNA. 1 did about 200 in attendance and the other did about 250. I don't know how true this is but one of them is said to have done 74 in actual paid attendance and the show loss $35,000 this is absolutely pathetic. Impact is now officially the show that only hardcores of the company and people trying to be different like or care about. They actually are trying to raid ROH talent through Davey Richards but I doubt most will go because of the working relationship with NJPW because while some may say "Oh its better to wrestle in the states" most will stick around for those NJPW payoffs. Most new contracts in TNA now don't allow for you to get paid while you sit at home so if you don't get used you don't get paid so what would be the point of even thinking about going to TNA other than wanting to be on tv and never have a chance in WWE because you were once a part of TNA.

Those are some really ill informed rumors. Jeff Jarret isn't legally able to even negotiate for the spot, and it doesn't make a ton of sense for a television company to put it's show on a cable channel.
