Ha. Well played. :D
Thanks. Will have to track that down as I guess I've totally forgotten about (Wolverine as) Death beheading Bastion, or destroying his body or whatever. I remember him killing Wolverine in that mini,...
Probably, but the old cartoon ended over two decades ago. So I don't care about their rationale.
Now that could be really interesting, as we've seen their futures before in the old series... but what if Bastion, who is at least in some part Nimrod from the future, launching OZT in the present...
**** those MFers. Ha. Logan needs his time to shine in this show too. He's been nothing but wallpaper outside of simping for Jean. LFG.
So no revolving guest stars, and no Cable anytime soon in this book. Does this mean he's otherwise occupied/being used elsewhere?
Just kind of figured if he was going to show up anywhere it would...
Yeah, I think so too. And hope so as well. He was a solid addition to the team in the beginning of the season before he took off with baby Nathan.
Could be. Didn't see Bishop in that trailer, though. Looks like Cable has kind of replaced him, as others have pointed out. Was kind of hoping to see the two of them team up in these final episodes...
That could be cool, and would make sense if Cable sticks around as part of the team now. Not sure why he wouldn't.
Would seem to indicate he joins the team in that case. :)
I like Ryp’s art. Especially for gory scenes. It’s an acquired taste though, I’ll admit.
Ha. True. I hope it looks like this…

Can’t wait!
Yessir! Looks great.

Also love seeing my two favorite characters sharing the screen…

Now I’m hype for these final three episodes!
Plus it looks like Cable might be getting an X-men suit from that last exchange with his pops…

Agreed. A bloody Wolverine versus vampires tale, illustrated by Ryp whose style is well suited for such. I'm in.
So glad I’m getting Deadpool and Wolverine this year. After that? No expectations. The MCU can do whatever. Push Wolverine to the side, focus on lesser knows and female characters, it’s all good....
Wolverine’s Krakoa era suit was an awesome reimagining of his classic brown/tan outfit. And it lasted five years or so. This new one is a pretty incredible reimagining of his yellow/blue one. The...
Unclear, but definitely sounds like this is leaning more “Claremont/Byrne” while adjectiveless is leaning more “Bendis” revolutionary era. And Exceptional maybe towards “Generation X”.
The costumes are pretty good tho. Hope they stick around. At least some of them.
I'd say go with the current From the Ashes outfits myself. But those above would be cool too.
Man, the whole Fatal Attractions ending, with X-men #25 and Wolverine #75 -- what a double whammy! Pre-internet too, so no spoilers. Just turn the page and... WHAM! What!? Magneto just ripped Logan's...
Uncanny X-Force was so good. The interaction between Wade and Logan here was the best I've ever seen. Not silly or goofy or lacking substance. There was real gravitas in those scenes.
Yeah, if you go back and read Barry Windsor-Smith's 'Weapon X' masterpiece, this is the tell... why would they be surprised by the amount of adamantium going to his forearms and later the claws...
Would be weird if at the end of a cartoon titled X-men ‘97 they changed to looks from the 1980s. Ha. Seems off. Not saying they won’t, but would be kind of weird IMO.
