Xavier was a Soundcloud rapper all along.
Interesting how, on the FA cover, Betsy's/Kwannon's racial characteristics have seemingly switched. Assuming this is obviously a metaphor for what's going on in Kwannon's head these days, I'm more...
It never fails to amaze me how many people here fail to distinguish between "expressing displeasure" with "being a full-on c*nt."
I realize now that we'll probably never see them again, but I kinda liked them.
RIP all of Bunn's plot threads.
No Rhapsody. Comics over.
I quit in 1998 after 8 years reading. Came back when I got a free issue of X-Men Blue last year while camping for Infinity War tix on FCBD. Immediately hooked again.
Playing the meanest game of...
Well, that was just fantastic.
Kind of shocked that the question of Life 9 was answered this quickly, tbh.
If I have one complaint, it's that I'd have liked to see more of Nimrod v Apocalypse....
Two trashes don't make a treasure, Rich.
Gold/Blue/Weapon X were what got me back into comics, so I do have an appreciation for those series, but I think its safe to say that Hickman's story is already something that shows a deeper level of...
I dont have the fortitude to read this entire thread right now, but I just popped in to say it's a good time to be an X-Men fan. X-Men was always at home when the story leaned more toward sci-first,...
Oh crap, now you've done it.

How dare you, Snoop.
How. Dare. You.

I genuinely cannot wait for the next issue. I understand this is a lot to take in for many folks, but if it feels like a big story that's just getting its wheels turning, that's because it is.

38. Started reading in 89 or 90, started seriously reading in 1991. Took a break in 98 that lasted 20 years, and trying to get all the crap I missed in the interim.
Edit: So, you know, send me all...
Agreed. X-Factor is great up through PAD's first run, then dips a bit until it trails off into obscurity by #120.
Between Simonson, Portacio near his peak, Stroman, Quesada, and Jae Lee, there is...
Well, I would normally buy a Cable book but not an X-23 (or any Wolvie-spinoff) book, and I'd give a Kwannon mini a chance, so sure, I'll pick up the first arc of this.
If it wows me, I keep...
Some people are always unhappy with anything, but you can be damn sure they're gonna keep hate-reading the X-books and telling us all about it.
The five obvious ones for me too. No interest in reprints or DML. Kind of surprised that Dawn of X doesnt include any minis or one-shots. Those were the spice of the ResurrXion/Disassembled era.
After a third read-through, I think I've identified what's bothering me about this. It's the lettering.
Its not bad by any measure, its just strange to see capital and lowercase lettering again....
That first shot of Orchis where they're coming up on the space station:
I CAN'T be the only one who thought, "Oh, snap! X-Men versus Deep Space Nine!"
Read this last night before bed, and wow. Certainly something different. What impressed me the most was that Hickman throws a LOT of information at you here, definitely more than any comic I've read...
Just read it. It was VERY good, very meaty. Sets up a lot of interesting things. Lots of charts, as expected. If you dont enjoy this, I domt know what to tell you. Take up knitting?
Also, managed...
