Not just Manhattan but also Reggie.
I thought it was a nice touch that Batman inspired Reggie to change how he and the world view Rorschach.
It's interesting that both this and HBO's Watchmen both end with Adrian being brought to justice after he saves the world again.

The two can easily side by side as they’re telling two very different stories.

The title is of the issue is very interesting, the full quote...
The fact The Comedian is alive is another factor, Manhattan clearly intervened with that event and it still hasn't been explained fully.
There was an interesting theory on Reddit a while back that Manhattan would save both universes by going back to 1959 and preventing the accident that caused him to become Doctor Manhattan. The...
I think Ozy's plan is going to be foiled by Johnny Thunder finally summoning the Thunderbolt but what he wishes for I'm not too sure.
Gary Frank said on Twitter they could have had it ready for late November but DC wanted it for 18th December.
BTW more new images has been released for #12 which show the Superman/Manhattan...
I imagine the explanation is coming in due course for a lot of these questions, aside from Alfred, Lex Luthor is human in Doomsday Clock but a human/Martian hybrid in Justice League.
DC has released two images from Doomsday Clock #12:

It looks like Batman is going to try and stop Ozymandias with the help of Reggie....
Joker: Year One.
The Thunderbolt saving the day and stopping Veidt's plans make a lot of sense given the character is a genie and a genie grants wishes. Lamps and rings have been a theme in the series and lamps and...
Looks like we're tentatively looking at a December release for issue 12, I wouldn't be surprised if they've gone for the week before Christmas to maximise sales and to give themselves a bit of wiggle...
I'm guessing we're going to get a hopeful conclusion, probably the total opposite of what happened in Watchmen.
The variant cover is interesting, I'm guessing it's teasing Manhattan's two scenarios that he thinks will happen.
The covers of issue 12 are very cool, the first one is very reminiscence of Watchmen issue 1 but also the image that was teased at the end of The Button.
I'm assuming Johns is setting up Veidt not succeeding, they've pretty much hinted it with Johnny Thunder in the cell with the Lantern. Reggie is another factor who I think will be the part of the...
I can’t see Johns giving Manhattan a tragic ending, I think it’ll be like Superman: Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow where Manhattan realises what he’s done is wrong and decides to remove his...
I think Manhattan sparing Marionette since her child will be adopted by Laurie and Dan does show that Manhattan still had hope and I wonder if that's why he saved the Comedian from his death, to give...
I'm racking my brains on how Doomsday Clock will conclude, I think we'll get a hopeful ending for both the DC and Watchmen Universes, I'm leaning towards Manhattan becoming Jon Osterman again either...
Not just Manhattan, Ozymandias certainly will get some sort of comeuppance.
CBR has posted an article about Veidt's plan and why is may not succeed:https://www.cbr.com/doomsday-clock-ozymandias-superman-vs-doctor-manhattan/
It's interesting that Imra was erased but not...
Mime and Marionette's son being adopted by Dan and Laurie was something I saw coming a while back. I wonder if perhaps the Watchmen world isn't as doomed as everyone thought it was.
I do think...
