Of course, I've read it. I actually nearly left that out of the post, but I referenced Red Son because it's another story where Batman gets some moral high ground and gets to beat the **** out of...
I'm with you, especially on your last point. In this case, what would be an acceptable explanation for a guy to grab a female by the throat and take her to the ground, say, outside of her having a...
As if the character can withstand another "Superman is bad, Batman is good" story that targets general audiences. It would just give Batman fanboys another data point that Batman is better and can...
Being reported that the entire plot to WW 1984 just leaked onto the internet. SMH.
Is it bad? Not if EVERY SINGLE MOVIE clicks with critics on its own. What you want to have, is brand equity, like Marvel, where their subpar entries (as recent as Captain Marvel) get the benefit of...
I like Cavill. I think he could do great things. I just wish WB would lay out the plan for DC's superhero universe. Any plan. Just lay it out there. The uncertainty hurts long-term, holistic buy-in...
Top 3

I'm sure they're aware of that. But once Commissioner Gordon was going to be played by an African American actor, the character's daughter couldn't exactly be asian.
Why don't Superman fans object more to this needless fight in Red Son like they do to TDKR? If anything, I find it more insulting that Superman gets owned by Batman within a Superman story/title.
You and me both. I think I'm done with the genre of movie.
I completely agree. This last one feels just a little too convenient given fan theories.
If that were to occur, that would be the biggest indictment on Warner Bros. to date. JFC.
Should have just called it "Harley Quinn" or "Pudding: A Harley Quinn Adventure," and simply introduce the BoP in it to ready them for a true BoP film.
That sucks. Was very much wanting this to be true.
You're being naive. He's clearly holding out hope that his cut can be released, and in posting pictures (unsolicited sometimes), he's trying to build public will for the version of his film. In turn,...
Yeah, I was being sarcastic. I wish Snyder would just stfu and stop having articles written about "his vision" that only bring up the failure of the DCEU's first batch of films and the subsequent...
It's so awesome that Zack Snyder won't let it go.
I guess they never turned it down, they just didn't even move on it or respond. They have no idea what they want to do and keep hoping if they reorganize the deck chairs on the titanic that...
The best thing for Superman would be for Warner Bros. to go belly up and the DC rights come up for bid. The character will always linger and lag due to the unfair perspectives held by power brokers...
I disagree. My view is that Miller is the one person who is so dug in on a vision, and holds leverage as an up and coming star, that the film keeps going through pre-production hell until he's happy.
He definitely has the whole Divisive Narratives tactic down!
...and snapping necks. and not at least attempting to stop some of the buildings from falling over. and abandoning humanity after congress blows up. But other than all of that, Snyder totally nailed...
Nothing kills a bad product faster than good marketing.
Also...the Tweet is saying that Abrams is taking over all of DCEU. How'd we jump to him doing Superman?
