Team-up???

I've fallen behind on Scarlet tho.

I get floppies of AMS. I read PPSM, Venom, Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales Spider-Man, and Scarlet Spider on the Marvel Unlimited app. Sometimes I will read a Spider-Man/Deadpool story but not regularly....

I liked this first arch. I liked that it wasn't over the top. It was really back to the basics and that is enjoyable and refreshing. I liked some of Slott's stories but any were just too over the top.

Business is starting to pick up! I didn't like issue 1 too much but the last 2 issues have been great and I am really enjoying this story. Kudos.

They out here trying to ruin all the spider-man character before Marvel can use them. Smh.

I am generally pretty agnostic when it comes to character changes, but I actively dislike this one. I always liked Eletro and Max. The new character is pretty flat.

I think it might count as two issues, not positive about this though.

That's too bad. Chameleon is a great and very under utilized character. Would have loved to get your take on it.


The OP's summary is a really nice one that outlines the strengths and weaknesses...

B+. Will be remembered as a great but closer to end of that list. Had many highs and low, so overall somewhat inconsistent. That's why I gave a B+ instead of the A.

Martin's art is the lone exception but by the time I got to "Goodbye" I was already sort of out if it.

Rhino mind swaps with Peter Parker and Peter becomes the Superior Rhino and Rhino becomes the Way Below Average Spider-Man. BOOK IT.
