Yeah, they are both independently wealthy, but I think Remy cares more about having a nice place to live than Rogue. Not that she wouldn't want something nice, but I imagine Remy would care about...

And Remy has money and enjoys a little luxury, so somewhere upscale, which it would have to be if it's near the Park.

They've both expressed a desire for a family, but I could see them struggling with whether it's a smart choice because of how dangerous their lives are. That makes a lot of sense.
