Do people not understand that Krakoa was itself a form of co-existence. Yes mutants had their own nation, but they still very much interacted with humanity politically and economically.

It wasn’t a lie. The Moira’s Journal data page from HoXPoX detailed how she struggled to get Xavier and Magneto on board with her plan. Xavier (and the X-Men who weren’t even aware of Moira’s plan)...

My favorite of Lorna's costumes are the updated classic look from the Brubaker run, the sleeveless yellow and blue X-Factor look, the Dark Seduction Green and black costume, and the Dauterman HFG...
Every character has fans. They just aren't always as vocal or as numerous as the haters.
Well, except for Hellion. I don't know anyone who likes that character.
Stegman's art is looking very J Scott Campbell in these sneak peaks, and no, that isn't a good thing.
Glad to hear they will be in a book, love both characters. Hopefully a different writer will be able to make me feel invested in their relationship, because I'm still not really feeling it. Also...
I just don’t understand the point of commissioning an artist to design a new costume and choosing one that’s almost identical to an already existing costume. Seems a waste of money and talent.
I mentioned this in another thread, but why does Idie look older than Cyclops, and why does Quentin look 13?
Overall
Too many of the decisions here feel like a reaction against Krakoa rather than a truly innovative new direction. Mutants scattered and against the ropes once more is not an interesting or...
So that will probably be Jean’s costume in the new era, unfortunate, it’s so ugly. And the Phoenix book seems like it will have a cosmic focus, don’t particularly care for that, really depends...
Yes, exactly. It’s like they chose this direction because it was conceptually as far as they could get from Krakoa without giving any consideration to how these characters would actually choose to...
Jubilee looks like she’s about to go rollerblading right into 1992.
Scattering the teams is a weird choice. Having no centralized base, unifying mission statement, or ideology doesn’t make each book feel like a flagship to me, instead it feels like none of them...
I usually prefer team books to solos. My interest depends heavily on the creative teams involved. It’s very unfortunate that Storm is probably going back to the limp little mohawk.
I’m mostly just bored so far. Better costume designs would have helped. Hopefully the other teased titles will have something more interesting.
Those concepts sound very uninspired, not excited by anything here.
I like Jubilee’s jacket, everything underneath it is terrible.
Hopefully Emma changes up her outfit throughout the book,...
Man these costumes are just, not good. The boy’s jacket is nice but it causes the look to be very similar to what Quentin is wearing. Were all of the talented designers busy?
Oof, not liking most of these. Quire’s is probably the best of all the bunch but I hate the checkered shirt. At least they seem to have retired the thongkini. God, Idies’s poor hair.
Alaska and...
Need a better look at the designs, but the Bride of Frankenstein hair they gave Idie is a weird choice.
Didn’t get a chance to see the trailer, from what I can see here I’m not impressed with the casts and the costumes look very disappointing. The MacKay book has the best cast, but I really don’t care...
The black and white kings I think refers to Shadow King vs Storm and Magneto (they once shared the title of White King).
As for how it ends, the Five will sacrifice themselves to resurrect...
Yikes. If you're going to make an update of a classic costume you really need to make sure it's better than the original, and that definitely isn't. They should have either just used the original,...
The premise doesn’t interest me or make a lot of sense. There are a lot of characters included here who shouldn’t want anything to do with Apocalypse or any desire to “take his place”, whatever that...
I don’t agree that how Percy has been writing Beast wasn’t building off of previous stories, I also wouldn’t categorize it as character assassination. Beast has been on a dark path since Decimation,...
