At this point I would go further. I wish he was one and done after the original series.
Garbage, is what it is. Bob seemed to be undermined by the writers at every turn. Even the glimmer of hope offered by Lemire's series was quickly snuffed out. I could not care less about anyone else...
Yep. Still no reason for me to be buying current Marvel comics then, on the back of that.
Leaving this here because it's still the best tribute I found. The music fits perfectly.

Further down the line it really needs someone to come in like Ennis did in "Welcome Back Frank" and just scrub all this crap away in a single page. Start over.
Should we include Sentry on this list though? He definitely gets a nod in terms of pure strength, but he is also a reality warper and matter manipulator.
Christ. He really did get the full bag of...
Really seems like a completely pointless series with a concept that nobody is really that interested in. And they utterly mangled my favourite character to bring you this, latest idea from the...
It could be the greatest comic of the millennium so far, but without Rob Reynolds as the Sentry, I am just not interested at all. Bob was my guy. He represented me on the page, having been diagnosed...
It's back to waiting then. Like Wildling said: maybe by the time the Tbolts movie arrives, they'll bring Bob back into the comics.
Still no hope for Bob?
How bad did it get?
Gods. Marvel's own family-friendly version of The Boys.
That is an unerringly plausible observation.
I am definitely worried about this. Tone is going to be important. The Sentry really would not work with the usual action-slapstick approach that seems to permeate all MCU films at the moment.
It...
Good to see at least one of my favourites being used respectfully.
Not sure I'll dip for RoM, but a new Adam solo/team book would be a must-buy for me.
Guess I'll be waiting until then, then. Not read a page of this new book. From what I have read here, I'm not really missing much.
At this moment in time, I am wishing that the first miniseries was the whole story. It has been a mess ever since.
I can only hope that if and when Bob does get another chance, that the character...
This is better. I'd thrown a post up, but this is better.
I wonder if Sentry will even factor in to the T-bolts movie now. It would however be pretty funny if we end up with a comics-accurate Bob,...
I thought I'd get the 2024 version started. If this already exists, then we can close this thread.
Reports (including here on CBR) state that Stephen Yeun - heavily rumoured to be playing The...
Absolute bag of toss. Later days, Marvel.
My stance remains the same. No Bob, no buy.
Based on the March previews, it looks like we'll be left with one new Sentry. No mention of Bob.
I didn't expect anything else, but you can't help hoping. Sigh.
In the (very unlikely event) that this series advances Bob's character by the time the curtain falls on it, I may go back for the trade.
I can't see it happening myself, so I am very unlikely to...
That is perfectly all well and good, but Bob Reynolds did all of that just fine. From what I have read here and elsewhere, I still doubt I will be circling back for this.
"I am Jack's... Complete lack of surprise."
