Maybe nobody is editing at all?
Might just be a case or artist adding GL logo fearing that otherwise people wouldn't recognize the character.
I don't think it was any specific issue related, just psychos acting like psychos.
Sure, we can play around with Omen or Psycho Pirate, but we should really go at the root of the problem and retcon Jon out of existence. It is a WIN/WIN solution.
I don't really see anyone talking about Axe anywhere. Would anyone even notice if we never saw them again after this story arc?
Sure, but same could be said about all publishers, no? So why, for example, Flash is hurt more by increasing prices than other books?
It is possible that lower prices meant that people simply...
Yeah, if it was only Harley you could write it down on her being crazy. But the entire game is like that.
We don't have good numbers to compare, but so far everything hints at New 52 and Rebirth Flash selling significantly better than Spurier and Adams runs.
Johns created Simon and Jessica when GL...
At this point I don't even remember clearly who is alive in what origin, but I think that in SO Lex didn't have family members who were still alive?
I suspect that Waller, Failsafe/Zur and House of Brainiac stoeylines were developed separately and only at some later point DC realised that they could use "Trinity" label there.
On the other hand...
One of the replies mentions how that page with Jon reads like a threat. And I think thats my head canon now, Jon bullied PG into changing her name.
Here is the thing, do regular people even know that Barry and Wally are different characters? Even comics readers often struggle to tell them apart when they are in costume.
Unless they make him...
Aaron writing that early days Batman story would be real weird if the plan is for him to write absolute Batman.
OMAC was okay before and after OMAC Project.
Feels like I'm out of touch with DC and fandom in general. Not much interests me in current DC's output and all the "leaks" about Absolute DC sound bad to me as well. Oh well, thank god for reprints.
Other ending series were a bit more explicit about the series ending so I figure that this one will keep going.
GL War Journal, Zod and Action. I'm not really a fan of Snyder, but Absolute DC can't come soon enough.
Last year there was Action Special Doomsday with MM in it.
Very "happy" to see that last PKJ's collection, To Hell and Back, will collect all the unrelated bullshit again. What is even weirder that it doesn't even collect the entire Demon story. But maybe...
I don't think that Finch's design is very popular..?
So Absolute Power Task Force is basically 7 one-shots about different characters and by different creative teams?
I remember liking Convergence #0, but the remaining stuff, to me, wasn't good on any level.
One of the things that keeps me somewhat interested in Doomed despite its flaws is that Pak started...
I think his point is that instead of doing these Elseworlds DC should focus on fixing their main continuity.
So what do we think are the chances of Hal being one of the featured characters in Absolute DC? Has Snyder at some point said who is his GL?
