As for the Doom panel - touché; I suppose I'm more attached to the modern portrayal of Doom, where pretty much all sorts of bigotry are beneath him. All about the end goal.

I can't say that I appreciated Doom's commentary on race. Doom is nothing if not coldly logical. That one panel turned me off entirely.
