Hey, that's a cool idea. Really liked his X-Men Legacy. Again, a Brit doing Cap would be peculiar but interesting.

That's great for a book like Spider-Man, but I think the main draw for this book was this specific writer/artist combo and they're trying to put out the remaining 3-4 issues as intended.

It's a cartoon from Japan. I haven't seen a whole lot of it, but it's quite good.

Greg Rucka would probably be my number one choice. I think he'd really dig into it and really have something to say with Steve. Lots of other good choices to be had, but that's my pick.
