Damian's best potential...
I wouldn't mind, so long as they actually try to push him a bit. Marvel still has problems with pushing their gay characters in general. Iceman's solo was pretty much the best they could manage. But...
Demi-fiend? Can't say I see the resemblance.
I thought it was an okay book, but nothing too special. I can appreciate that it featured a lot of LGBT characters, but frankly not any that I really care about.
My favorite on the roster was...
Compared to Phoenix Tourney, a steaming dump is pretty good.
This has been okay so far though.
That's a shame. I was shipping Rictor with daddy A.
Still... Maybe he'll dump Shatterstar when A eventually comes back.
Was that Sil from Species in the Alien comic?
Really wish the JLQ one had another name. There's still some of us out there who see the q-word as a slur fyi.
The issue doesn't have to be about him nor does he need to be a main cast member for him to be used respectfully. Ayala did him a huge disservice, regressing him once again.
Just read this issue.
Positive: Anole got used as more than wallpaper.
Negative: He's once again stripped of any of his personality, skill and experience and is instead presented as random immature...
It happened in Agents of Wakanda if I recall correctly.
Because if you can count on one thing with Marvel, it's that they'll undo good character progression.
Yeah, but that would require anyone at DC (including her creator sadly) to remember Harper exists.
Edit: Never mind. Just read she's appearing again after a long time in limbo.
What if all the adult heroes retired and the teens graduated to take their place?
King really screwed Thomas over. I liked him in Flashpoint and it was great seeing him interact with Bruce and Damian during Convergence, but everything after that was crap.
First King seemingly...
I love his Hulkling. He's so adorable. Especially with the blushing.
Aren't America and Kamala getting their own shows?
Then I really wouldn't have expected or wanted them on a Young Avengers show.
Even so, they might do a crossover between the shows ala Arrowverse.
No love for Yuri Watanabe?
I had hoped that her appearance in the Playstation Spider-Man game would've sparked her return to the comics, but it didn't.
She's technically appearing currently, but...
Why? That was a good book.
Except for the fact that they're currently hanging out with a junior soul-eating demon/god creature.
I wonder if we'll see a return of Cadre K during this event.
Yeah, I feel like after Empyre would be the perfect time. Aside from the fact that we already got a teaser of the old team getting back together, the ending of Empyre could place Teddy in any number...
I'm with you on this. It annoys me so much. It has happened with Bobby a lot over the years. Why can't colorists get his hair colour right?
Can you imagine if they drew Jean with blond hair or...
It was a commission. Maybe the person commissioning specifically requested not to include Cassie.
I remember some people who frequented this forum in the past trashing on Cassie. So I wouldn't be...
That's Galactus' herald at the time. Frankie Raye aka Nova.
I feel like you guys are way overestimating how political this book is going to be.
