In Fall #3 when Dr. Gregor takes Cyclops to see Nimrod it's at the Summers House. That's where Nimrod leaves Cyclops and then it explodes just after Magik teleports them out.

Yeah I was just trying to make sense of this insanity. But X-Men Forever's preview shows us more of his plan so it's not as alarming to me now haha.
