Make it a "flip-book" with the All-Star Batman on one side and the Gotham stuff on the other so when you get to the middle of the book, you have to flip it over and start reading from the other side...

The base price is about $25 and if you add things like a ribbon bookmark ($2), head and tail bands ($4), black end paper ($2), oversewn binding ($7) etc. each extra adds a few dollars to a bind but...
