I don't 100% disagree myself but I also find a lot of surprising heart in Deadpool stuff and in Wade's efforts even if he's very self-aware and humorous about them.

It's a buddy cop film :).
Was he even really dating Starfire...?
I feel like if he's not finally quipping or really leaning into the Spider-Man persona than they've totally missed the point.
I don't need any more of Tom Holland going "oh man oh man oh man...oh...
Kind of feels sad.
I feel like that isn't really true of Reynolds' take or certain interpretations of comic Deadpool. Like, despite his personality and sense of humor, his books and the movies have tackled some serious...
That's actually pretty high praise knowing how you usually react to Dixon stuff :p.
I just wish the humor was better. It really reeks hard of the trend of having to throw in as many jokes as possible even if they're not actually all that funny to anyone above a certain age set.
He fought Malekith/Dark Elves once.
I like the way it impacted the way the world saw Tony and his relationships, something I feel like we don't get a lot of any more.
Why didn't we ever try that before :p?
I'm curious if he's planned past the Sovereign stuff. I guess it all culminates in Trinity's birth but I feel like they're might be some caveats because I don't see DC sticking around with a baby.
Well, she's got her own thing in X-Force (yet is still Captain Britain...somehow).
I admit a part of me is waiting for the shoe to drop that being Spider-Man is partially a mid-life crisis :p.
I can think of maybe 3-4 artists who can stay on an ongoing indefinitely.
Even Dan Mora needs occasional fill-ins.
I did have my issues with Green Lantern: Beware My Power.
I can't believe we live in a world where Kelly Thompson is writing the Powerpuff Girls.
I wonder if the cowl is meant to make him resistant to Cassandra's mind control.
That's kind of to be expected, though? I don't think he's swearing in a way that's out-of-character.
It's weird. Like he was with his parents longer even if he still got raised by Ben and May but also May's loss still feels like it's hit Peter the least (though it's still only a 3rd issue).
Of course he recruits Wolverine in a bar .
Sleeveless Wolverine!
Of course we had got a Wolverine vs Deadpool fight.
Cassandra Nova seems to be having fun.
Ant-Man helmet cave.
Wanna bet that panel is the only thing of significance Firestar does?
Also Betsy and helmets just don't fit.
Nice to see Superman continue to do well 13 issues in :).
I think they said in the press release that it's using ideas they had for the show.
I definitely think Semper would be better off in a consultant position than showrunner.
I would also like it if the show isn't as fast-paced as X-Men '97 and has more room to breathe.
I feel like we're in the "I'd love to do more/I might be ready to hang up the tights" situation.
