I don't think it's that these past lives continued, but rather that Rachel is sending them to a point in the past in those timelines before Moira's death.

I hope so, because the plan as it is sounds a bit farfetched. Unless they go to Moira's 10A life, that's the only place where a dominion was defeated, but nobody other than Omega Sentinel and Nimrod...

Huh I did not expect them to go back to Moira's previous lives. Although I guess it makes sense given what Moira in DXM #1 is intending to do. Maybe this will be a mini version of that long lost...

They technically just did. Those last few pages with Moira are from the present, during the X-Men invasion. Which I'm guessing we'll see more of in FotHoX #3.

He is a clone. Sinister even mentions he added telepathy to the clone. I'm guessing the real Doug is still trapped in the Pacific Krakoa (or on the run with Tree-Krakoa?)

So now that we know Doug is just a clone with Sinister inside of him, is it too obvious for him to be traitor? Or will it be Rasputin IV? Once she finds out Xavier has been lying to her. Or maybe...

I wouldn't mind this being 95% setup if we had not just spent the last 6 months setting up this event.

Yeah, I think Gillen had plans for Hope back in the early 2010s (Generation Hope) that did not pan out because of AvX, so it's great to see him come back to the character after all this time.
