My Deadpool by Daniel Way Vol 1 omni is exactly like this. I posted about it a couple months back in the Marvel Collected Editions thread. Was a pain to read because it's a bit tighter as a result.

I recently read the entire Mackie run and it is pretty boring and bad in general. IMO this material is a "last resort" kind of thing, once they run out of literally anything else Spidey related...

Not sure if you frequent the Marvel Collected Editions thread, but a Waid & Wieringo Omnibus is due out in December. Overdue IMO!

OHC refers to the trim of the book (i.e. cover and page dimensions), not thickness. Yes, it is an OHC.

I have it pre-ordered at $37 also, but I don't see it ever being delivered. If DC suddenly decides to re-solicit that omni, I bet it will have a different ISBN and as such will receive a new Amazon...
