Received Little Tulip a few weeks ago and can confirm those dimensions are accurate. Eurocomics USA Invasion's facebook page posted today that the book has a few scenes that were censored:

Same here. I've asked the artist on facebook and he confirmed it will definitely be released in 2017. I think it was first announced two or three years ago so it's great it will finally happen.
