In my head canon the Parallax that GA sees in this run is just in his head.

In my mind Convergence never happened.

So I read the end of #49 and 50 and it doesn't seem to explain at all where he came from. And from what I can tell there's no mention of him in #51 or 52. What's the story behind this? It seems...

Out of curiosity, why do you feel that way about Doomsday Clock? I really liked it. But I agree that Three Jokers was nonsense.

None of these stories reconcile with each other, so don't bother trying. You can pick whichever story you want to be canon.
