The Spawn/Savage Dragon crossover read like a big mess (For example, readers never saw the makeshift plane, its pilot or what happened to it, yet we got to see at least a page of a commercial...
The promoted Rebirth "investigation" was certainly a let down in this issue, even if it did provide a single "hopeful" image. The Fastest Man Alive is not moving very fast to solve this mystery.
I...
Yeah. Szymon on art and McFarlane writing means I'm effectively done with SPAWN after #266. The early solicit made it sound like McFarlane was doing the full art. I would have tolerated his writing...
I always thought Prowler had a cool look, so I'm looking forward to the debut of his first ongoing series. It tying in to The Clone Conspiracy makes it all the better. After TCC, what villains (or...
Are you referring to THE INFINITE? I also thought it was quite good with a lot of promise. They never released passed the first arc, unfortunately.
Here's a preview to #266, out tomorrow.
Anyone curious as to who is helping out McFarlane with #267, can also find it here. It's a familiar name.

Speaking of Wildstorm and Suicide Squad, Deathtrap has been in the latest NEW SUICIDE SQUAD arc.
I've been hitting up Booth with the #WildstormRebirth hashtag for months, so I'm digging this. We should all keep it up and tag Jim Lee in it as well.
Thanks for the confirmation! And your contribution to the title.
I get your point and you very well may be right, but Archie has significantly less overhead to contend with than DC. Think about it. They have a much smaller publishing line and titles can subsist on...
If this is a sign that Archie is course correcting their publication schedule, I'm all for it. Otherwise, they'll be back in the same boat again.
I think they should go $2.99 too.

I think since this article was posted, Image has fallen short of 10% market share each month. They could use a bit of a boost. Just sayin'!
One thing retailers could do is place cards on the racks...
Well, that would certainly make sense. 3 monthly comics is an awful lot.
Wonder who the "and friends" are and how much will be Todd. I'd like to see a double page spread penciled/inked by Todd.
Liefeld was soliciting questions for an upcoming podcast and I asked about the direct market release dates for BS #3 and B #1. He said "Soon and not soon enough!" That's not a promising answer.
Thanks. Hopefully, that's a legit plan and he's not just vamping. Odd that most of those later titles had plot points in the "Rebirth" special.
As long as they utilize it to get all of their publishing lines shipping on a frequent, consistent schedule, that's all I'm concerned with. This has already cost them a lot of momentum.
That's the sense I got too. Even still the plot didn't move forward and doesn't move forward much per issue. Again, quite possibly due to Todd. Which is why I dropped the title around #255 last time.
Anyone know where The Atoms' plot will pick up next?
I share the same criticism with the series. In this issue alone, Simmons reiterated his determination to be a better hero/honor Wanda's wish like half a dozen times. How many times does he need to...
I had the chance to interview Stephen Amell on the red carpet before a fan screening of TMNT: Out of the Shadows last night. I asked him about a Casey Jones spin-off, shorter arcs on "Arrow,"...
I don't disagree with either of you. Concern over his creator-owned schedule is why I didn't back the BRIGADE Kickstarter in the first place, as much as I wanted it to happen. And it's part of why...
I didn't know/recall the China exclusive scenes from "Iron Man 3." But, I wouldn't think of a Chinese company producing and distributing a movie in China that features Chinese characters and actors...
Well, the VELOCITY TPB did less than 800 units in April, so no real impact there. Amazon has already placed at least one reorder, so that's something at least.
Liefeld just responded to someone on Twitter asking whether there would be BLOODSTRIKE and BRIGADE out this summer with "Yes!" This was about an hour ago. Hopefully it starts then and continues to...
Alterna Comics has a new digital comic series out called CORKTOWN, after the section of city in Detroit. The story follows a police detective after she has been bitten by a vampire. She goes on to...
