Loved the old MC2 line. As others have mentioned, it was a mostly positive take on the future of the MCU, and I still feel that this kind of positivity is sorely lacking in comics in general...
There's a thread about this:

As I've said there, it reminds me too much of DC's Tangent Universe, where...
Rich has always been one of Marvel's best character. The endless failed attempts to replace him have proved this. I don't understand Marvel's need to erase or rewrite its history. These characters...
Yeah, have to say it didn't hit it with me. It's like DC's Tangent Universe. You get the character's name and twist him/her completely. And the premises don't seem so exciting. At least for me....
Wow, so much filler stuff. Very little that really excites me (and that's being generous). A shame!

The original Batman vs Predator, by Gibbons and Andy Kubert, was awsome. The others aren't bad, also, but that first one is still, IMHO, a great read.

I'm a team guy also. I love the interdynamics. A good writer can bring out nuances in the different interactions, and, for me, that makes all the difference.

Without a doubt one of my favorite Marvel stories EVER!

IMHO, Superia has TONS of untapped potential to became a truely first rate Marvel Bad Guy. I also like the Sisters of Sin as her henchwomen.

Oh, I use the arguement of less is more for all characters. I hate all the derivative Hulks, Spider-Men (and Women), Iron-Men, Batmen and Robins, Supermen, etc... Even with Earth-based Green Lanterns...
I honestly think they went too far with the young students. First of all, we have mutants with really stupid powers, for all the good ones are already taken. Second of all, mutants really don't seem...
J'onn is so incredibly powerful and awsone that the are always having to find stupid ways to hinder him, so that he doesn't overshadow everyone else. I loved it when he wiped the floor with Ultraman...
Okay, here's my shot. Operating out of Denver, Colorado, they have to solve the mystery that sourounds many of their members' mysterious return, while, at the same time, protect their homestate and...
Wildfire, with Timber Wolf comming in close second.

Ultraboy. Hands down.

Sunpyre (Firestar, obviously, or, dare I say, the Scarlet Witch, creatively?) and Silver Samurai (the Black Knight) could also contribute.

I prefered him when he was just a smart-mouthed know-it-all kid. IMHO, it was a mistake to make him super-strong as well as super-smart. His partnership with Hercules is still, IMHO, the high point...
I doubt anything would have stopped HoM or any of Marvel's Bendis' era events from happening. A strong attatchment to previous continuity was never a strong suit of those days. In fact, the whole...
I absolutely LOVED Paul Kupperberg's Doom Patrol. I mean, it gave us Erik Larsen, and, boy, was he a shock comming on the trail of Steve Lightle. That first arc by Kupperburg and Lightle is probably...
You're too kind. But most of the info I posted is right here in these boards, in the Legion Threads. I'm sure there are others who can offer even more insight than I did.

I have to say I've completely erased that from my mind.

I usually give a list of favorites (and I probably will, later on), but here, there is just one single story that sums up my love for the JSA and the Golden Age Heroes:
The Ultra-Humanite Saga in...
Great to see Alpha Flight have its own section. I hope good news are on the way.

Alpha Flight to Omega Flight -
Seeing part of it’s super-human defenders co-opted by the new Alpha Flight (which also stole the rights to the name), Canada and Department H are forced to...
