Would have been cool if, instead of having Cap not be able to lift it, Ultron interrupts just before he tries. Cap not being able to lift it just didn't feel right.

If they kill Cap, I say they should really shake things up and go straight to making the Falcon the new Cap.

Skip the Fox and Sony films. Make them unprofitable and easy for Disney/Marvel to buy back the rights bringing all of the Marvel characters into the same cinematic universe. It'd be so cool to see...
