This is still in stock in amazon.es and amazon.co.uk. I just ordered it from amazon.es and paid 98€. Shipping was quite expensive to Finland, so it might be even worse to overseas.

It was 32€ (new) from my local comic book store. Cover price is 19.95$. Pretty good store for oop books but too expensive for everything else :D

From the same auction site that I bought Simonson's Thor, Miller's Daredevil and Claremont's Uncanny X-men vol 1. Not that many omnibus collectors in Finland :D I paid 87€ including shipping.
