TAS' Catwoman was...okay. I don't remember her having any really bad episodes, but she never had any great, stand-out moments, IMO.
As for the Catwoman in Batman Returns...I'm not gonna lie, it's...
Here's some great artwork by Bill Sienkiewicz:

I think he should be the perpetual straight-man in terms of humor--he's never wacky or over the top, he's just clever and is a good grounding point for the goofier partners, like the Robins.
I honestly don't think I've seen that many, and those that I have seen I didn't really like. Brokeback Mountain was a drawn out, annoying, hackeyed Romeo & Juliet clone. Milk was...okay, but I really...
Just found this:

Ha. :D
Honestly I thought Affleck did a pretty good job with Daredevil, considering what he had to deal with.
Actually, considering that there was some Morrison in Man of Steel (with Crowe's Jor-El saying a speech that's word for word from the character in All-Star Superman #12) and that this Batman is going...
It looks like the cowl is made out of the same material as the cape, which tells me he'll probably be able to move his head. The way they did it in The Dark Knight and Rises worked for that series,...
In a sense, Affleck reminds a bit of George Clooney--in that they both definitely have the look and charisma to pull of the Playboy Bruce Wayne, and both have had smaller roles that show they could...
Dick and Kory definitely could (sort of makes me wonder who would be the other(s?) in that relationship...
I was thinking more of groups I was brainstorming about. But let me try one:

You kinda took the team that first came to mind. :P It's funny thinking about it--on one hand, part of me knows that it shouldn't really break lessen the classic stuff, but in trying to figure it...

Why Year One? Do you mean Zero Year?

It's not the best quality, since I think he took a photo of it, but this is a great Catwoman by Fred Benes:

Was he introduced before in the New 52 with a zombie head? Well, in that case, this is even better!

The one run that is almost universally beloved is the Ed Brubaker run, which starts with the graphic novel with Darwyn Cooke called "Selina's Big Score," and continues in the second volume of the...
I'll definitely say this is probably the best story Gail's written for Batgirl. If her upcoming stuff is like this, then I'm really looking forward for what's coming next.
We will. From the sound of it, many of the consulting writers each have their own pet characters and places they want to explore in the story--Tynion's talked about focusing on Tim and Steph, Fawkes...
I don't know if this has been posted yet (it's only been a few weeks and you already got 70 pages on this thread? Y'all crazy. :P), but just in case--Peter V Nguyen's warm-up sketch of Storm:

I think the Falcone stuff is just a prelude to the big stuff. Remember we also have The Spectre running around and a souped-up Deacon Blackfire making waves.
But we also know that Batman won't be encountering her until that time, so it might not be that quickly.
He still has a top hat and a monocle without a visible head. Those are literally the only things that makes him stand out as a character.
