This is awesome!
I feel like with Brainiac and Failsafe as 2 of the big players in Absolute Power, this is a big missed opportunity for Dr. Cyber.
I say give Phil Jimenez a 2nd shot at being both the writer & artist for Diana. He got a bad hand last time with all sorts of editorial interference.
This is just sick & wrong what these "fans" are doing to Tom Taylor. May they have the day, no, the life they deserve.
I think it's great that King listened to fans about the Wonder Girls. It shows that he takes us seriously & respects us. Should he do everything fans ask for? Probably not but with the large amount...
Very cool Blue Snowman pic!
The War of the Gods mini-series in the 80s by Perez was essentially this so was the recent War of the Gods event(minus any Aquaman) in the Wonder Woman solo book and adjoined specials.
This cover lists the artist as "Daniel". Did they accidentally put Sampere's first name on the cover or is Tony Daniel filling in?
Agreed. I don't see how negating Donna's identity as Wonder Girl adds any value to the character especially being that her powers and most of her costumes have large similarities to Diana's.
I picked A. D & E are pretty good too but the rest are too bland for such a visually exciting character.
I'm starting to think that by the time JSA #12 is released, the Legion of Super Heroes time will no longer be in our future, but present day.
I like the above mentioned ideas for Dr. Poison, Queen Clea, Cheetah, & Villainy Inc. I'd also like to see:
Zara(Crimson Flame) & Minister Blizzard vs. Fire & Ice
Kung vs. Animal Man
Grail...
I love most of the Lost Children. Out of all of them, the ones that I'd most like to see stick around and have new stories are:
Air Wave
The Bomb
Cherry Bomb
Quiz Kid
Salem The Witch Girl
The 3 years Azzarello was on the book, the overall plot was chasing Zeke and defeating the First Born. It's not like there were different toned stories like in King's current run or different...
Given that Azzarello's run was described as a 3 year long story, I think it's fair game for elimination.
If not, I'd go with the one where Diana breaks Max Lord's neck.
Wonder Woman wants to reform as many villains as she can. If you could pick 1 villain from her rogues gallery for her to reform, who would it be and why?
Well, the Wonder Woman duplicate didn't seem to be even close to Diana power-wise. Dr. Poison was not presented anywhere near as deadly as she was under Eric Luke or Phil Jimenez. The Duke of...
The group consisted of Dr. Psycho, Dr. Poison, Professor Calculus, a Wonder Woman duplicate from the Image Maker's creation, and the Duke of Deception.
Cloonrad's team didn't contain either of these villains.
It was a lighter toned issue, for sure but it felt out of place being that we just had the story with Jack a few issues back and we're right in the middle of Sovereign's seven capturing Diana. I...
The group was lite on power. Dr. Psycho and Dr. Poison were the only solid threats with the exception of the Duke of Deception who essentially made only a WASH appearance. Even Jimenez's version of...
I had such high hopes for Cloonrad's Villainy Inc. and they weren't met. Too many new members who didn't really add much to the mix.
I'm aware. That's why I said "just about every Wonder Woman adversary has a bunch of bad moments in their history." Lazy and/or uneducated creators tend to treat the Wonder-rogues like they're jokes...
Circe has had her share of bad stories. Remember when Batman defeated her with his rookie spell? Or how about on JLU when she was turned into dramatic Vegas performer? Or when Joker gassed &...
