He posted on twitter that he pushing the next new release to June so that he can get a few issues in the can and it will have a regular release schedule once June rolls around. He was upset about the...
They were pretty much always on schedule prior to the long hiatus. They kind of perfected the strategy of consistently releasing an arc monthly and then having a planned small break with the trade...
The bulk of the season was the first 13 issues, though bits and pieces from issues past that were included in the show's first season.
Sure, I've seen plenty of other people that viewed it that way as well.
I agree. I've seen people in the past speculate that Debbie and Mark were possibly Asian due to the way some panels looked, but it was never mentioned and I read them as white. I think they tweaked...
Correct on all counts. I believe the commentary is some of the material that was supposed to be in The Cutting Room Floor project that never happened.
I think just the announcement of the show and movie ruined it for most people. Almost makes me want to pull my early issues out of the long boxes and sell them (but I won't because too big a fan).
Yep, that was me. So happy to be getting new Invincible content. And hoping it will lead to some additional merch.
Sooooo fricking excited!!
Pretty sure Battle Beast's daughter that we see in the final issue vowing revenge/challenge to the Viltrumites that killed her father is the new prophesied one.
I concur for sure.
Believe it will be normal issues going forward.
It's been a long time, but my recollection is, no, it ends abruptly without much resolution on anything.
Got both the prelude and the first issue. Pretty cool idea for a way to launch the series, like 8 or 9 issues of material right off the bat. Really liked it. Kirkman almost never disappoints for me,...
Joe Eisma recently tweeted that he was drawing his first Morning Glories pages in 6 years. I believe they are returning.
Thought Port of Earth was decent. But I really liked Eclipse. Especially the first story arc.
Invincible is definitely the best comic ever made, and if the OP wants some superhero action, it is by far the one to recommend.
First one that comes to mind based on your list is Criminal by Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips. Also, maybe Death or Glory by Rick Remender and Bengal. And there is a revenge/car chase mini series by...
It's Kirkman so I am in. Plus the preview they released looked really fun.
I love Hack/Slash. One of my all time favorite series. They just had a 15th anniversary special issue come out yesterday.
Here's an article. It will be on Amazon Prime:

Beyond excited. Can't wait. Though I'm not expecting the movie until 2021 at the earliest, the animated show should happen in 2020.
That was Ryan Ottley (now on Amazing Spider-Man). He was also doing Invincible full-time at that point so I'm not sure he was capable of remaining on the book. He was also the reason that I...
Assuming you know that Super Dinosaur was made into a cartoon in Canada and that Amazon Prime is now airing it.
