The book lists an associate editor, editor and group editor so I don't think "no one" is editing, I just don't think they're doing a good job.
I think that's what is frustrating, Ram V is clearly a good writer but he doesn't have a good editor here.
We saw proto snoke here already didn't we?
Kerschl needs to be made the lead on Batman stat, his story was amazing.
I mean, why does it matter if it "counts" or not? Shouldn't the main concern just be whether it's entertaining or not?
Yeah, and it was a pretty rote"Batman's Back!" kind of story. I'm not saying it was badly done, the characterization of Bruce was great, I loved seeing him smile, and the scenes with both Catwoman...
Oh yeah, I saw that garbage but as HsssH said it wasn't related to any one issue but rather a general "people are idiots" kind of issue.
People were frothing at the mouth? What were they saying?
They should do a phone line on whether the Joker lives
You need to see females of a different species.
We won't really know until it comes out
I could dig a good Flash Gordon book
So glad I was right and we're seeing Yoshi Chen from the Archie comics come into the IDWverse
Yeah, it's a decent enough idea...but I think its stretched a little thin at this point.
Looking at the reveal of the villain...was that meant to be Mark Waid as a 5th dimensional Imp?
To be fair, the Parental Rights Movement people do deserve to be cudgeled. Anyone who uses, "Think of the children..." as a scapegoat for racism and homophobia deserve every bit of hate and ridicule...
Although I've been enjoying the book well enough thus far I found myself siding with Bruce's self doubt here: what is he still doing out fighting space pirates? And the answer that Aaron gave: that...
Apparently it's by a publisher called Mad Cave Studious which I've never heard of. Art looks decent.
Man, this is how you do a big event style story. This has the right bits of action, suspense and character beats that make a story sing.
I think you two are talking past each other here; you're arguing against the Parents Rights Movement which is indeed terrible and he's talking about the very basic laws that states have enacted...
Yeah, I'm really wondering how they wrap this all up, or barring that how they go forward
Heartless is still a boring, empty villain but I'll admit the build up here was decent. The small family scenes were definitely the big draw for me though.
Eh, something like school choice which falls under parental rights is definitely important especially with the current sad state of school funding. There are sadly many families that are under-served...
I think there is a distinction between the actual various rights that parents have(which vary from state to state) and the Parental Rights Movement which is a bunch of right wing nut jobs.
