Really enjoying the ride. Story, art , pencils etc. Very rare for me that all three
Fully agree with all you said. I'm bailing.
Excellent first episode
Totally agree .Fascinating story and artwork.Wish it had more issues. The most recent SS run artwork just didn't work for me.
No a bad #1 issue,
I guess expanding its reader base is a bad thing.
Agree 100%. One thing for sure Comic Con 2019 she will be he attraction in Hall H.
As a fan of Coates writing , I was lukewarm to his BP run.It did a great job of world building but fell flat elsewhere. That being said this has the potential to become historic in more ways than one.
They were slipping in more and more $5.99 titles as well.
Can't wait.
Seems like the usual lines and tired old cliches were brought wherever a Black hero is a topic.

Excellent trailer. One of the best for the genre bar none in my opinion.

I really enjoyed this issue. Was not going to pick it up, but glad I did.

I still feel both characters should be in Marvel Cosmic in some form or fashion.
Great casting across the board. The Tessa Thompson hate was expected. It'll fade when the first trailer comes out. BTW she's mixed.

Like others I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Typical Bendis gabfest in parts. Only pet peeve the students at Ohio State looked like fifth graders.
This book will Humanize" T'Challa to some degree. I'm really looking forward to Wakanda history and mythos in the book more than anything. Fantastic #1 for the title.
Coates has won the National Book Award. He is an extremely talented writer not a hack like far too many comic writers are today. What i hope he does with this run is return the character to a place...
Spencer is getting death threats because of this.
