I agree and that is certainly a nice goal. But I prefer comprehensive "collect the whole run" trades to have at least 12-14+ issues. DC seems to skimp on pages, and in today's online discount world...

9 issues and an annual is a waste of time, IMO.

I have TPBs like "The Uncanny X-Men: From the Ashes" (printed in 1990) sitting on a bookshelf in three different houses since 1992 and it looks brand new.

DC 52 Vol.1 and Vol.2 (the 52 issue weekly series) was re-released in 26 issue TPB in 2016.

Any word on these? Are they glossy paperstock? They seem like a lot of pages (26 issues) for a DC...

The other stuff may be "classic" but very dated material.

The paper quality of Infinity is glossy and like any Marvel comic. It looks good.

It's $12.96 on Amazon Like New. Go get it.

You can get all of that material in much cheaper and easier-to-hold Epic Collections and other reprints. Don't waste your $ -- I unloaded mine and bought like 12 Epics with the cash.
