I remember how in this arc Carol was naked outside her Star Sapphire costume so Hal had to cover her up with constructs :p.

Honestly I think T'Challa in Avengers is depicted about how he's usually portrayed in the book. I don't get the sense he's Sam tier they just got paired up as a dynamic.
