is Reborn a mini-series or an ongoing?
both are good books. Lazarus is more serious and post-apocalyptic with more realistic art. Invincible is an amazing superhero book, with bright colors, plenty of awesome super fights, impressive...
Okay, so i need the joke explained:
When penguin is talking to KGBeast, he says "I know you're licensed to D.C."
Did i misread that, or is it just a 4th wall thing?
I have no idea how people consider this art to be good.
I like the coloring. but I can't get behind the JRJR "style."
I guess an example would be the chainsaw. on the cover (which I traded out...
loves that art, especially close ups of bab's face.
and Fruit Bat is amazing. more of that please.
I smiled when I saw the Finger and Kane towers...with the Finger tower just a liiiiittle bit taller than the Kane tower...
So is this issue a fairly direct continuation of the main Rebirth story, or more of a side-thread?
I have the same feelings as the author...I want to see where this story goes, and was glad to see that Flash picked up where Rebirth left off.
I definitely enjoyed Tec 934, though and it didn't...
great start! definitely got the Arkham Knight vibe from the bad guy and if that's who it is, I couldn't be happier. That game was very fun to watch unfold. Even my wife liked to watch me play (!)...
Sean Gordon Murphy on All-Star Batman!!! I'm totally in.
did anyone notice the little green owl?
did anyone else have pages misprinted in this issue? I had panels cut off and panels repeating on multiple pages.
does marvel handle problems like this or am I stuck buying a new copy?
I love the art. I'm one of the few I guess. hence the book getting cancelled. such a shame. really hope we find out more about her assistant...
I know I'm late to the party, but I came here to try and find an answer to the question this guy ^^ is asking:
why exactly did future flash start fighting himself?
"looks like I'll have to go...
thanks for the pic and the idea!
So, options for storing floppies on a shelf are currently:
1. storfolio
2. 3-ring binder
3. sending them off to be bound
Pros and Cons
2. 3-ring option seemed good at first. I like the...
excited to see where this goes. also interesting to see Rick being treated like Tyler Durden.
also, some folks don't seem to know what actual trolling is. something that makes you go "hmmm..." or...
such a clever episode.
I want to say it's got more roots in film noir than in batman mythos.
a similar tale in comic form is in Frank Miller's DD run, and it's titled "Guts." #185.
agreed. the radar sense is a mutation of sorts. an adaptive quality that still gives him five senses.
and I think in the early volume 1 he piloted a rocket. don't remember much.
How do you know that? aside from "common sense", that is. Is it possible that brain waves carry personality? has it been proven impossible?
it's so much better to read books that require thought and reward re-reading.
the wake definitely falls into this category.
I happened to find that Miller vol 3 in a LCS here for regular retail
price.
this thread reminds me of that time period when DV1Band only ever posted things like "Peter is dead, deal with it, good riddance. long live SpOck!" and everyone would argue with him and he'd just...
Not as impressive, but I just completed my run of Vol. 3. I've got each issue first print and also the three OHCs, which I've been using to re-read the volume for the first time. They are very nicely...
thought the ending was great and the revealed premise to be subversive. looking forward to buying a HC and rereading it in the future.
also, not sure how an ending could be "far-fetched" in a...
