^Besides the fact that Betsy is no longer a fashion model, women with figures like those drawn by Coipel cannot risk their lives on the battlefield in real life. As JB noted above, women can be...
I'd rather it was a total black uniform.
How is his character work? In line with original characterisation?
I didn't think they'd add her into a line-up, but they did! I am definitely giving this a chance.
People also tend to forget that Betsy used to appear in X-Men, Excalibur and Marvel UK spin-offs at one time. And when was that; the early '90s.
Too fast-paced for me to make a judgement. Understandable, though, if they're only given 10 episodes per season.
Shame there was no Mother Askani.
They never dated, it was more of a friends-with-benefits arrangement. They did not become intimate until the last issue of New Exiles, BTW, and Betsy kept him at arm's length initially because of her...
What do you mean by that? He took with him every character he systematically made use of during Revolution, save Nightcrawler, Jean and Cable (while Shadowcat and Colossus took long breaks from the...
An English rose dressed as an Indian princess. "HOT AF", indeed.
Do I think that they're pushing the LGBTQ angle partly in order to move her further away from her Psylocke days, I think there is some truth to that statement.
I don't believe those wild Alison...
Don't give up now. The way you block negative energy (justified or not) is pure goals.
I seriously hope I am wrong and am manifesting for X-Force, I doubt anything else would get me to invest in...
^I hope for some messy review threads like in the good old days.
Like you're surprised.
Taking away 30+ years of character development. Their decision to return her to her birth body shouldn't have been an excuse to hard reset Betsy.
A character going by Captain Britain in a book titled X-Force or X-Factor? Also, Betsy and Rachel have the same power set. Both of these factors make her a poor fit for a team book.
I don't think...
I'm 90% sure it will be Phoenix.
But anyways, I'm gutted. They are determined to keep the status quo intact, and there's no reason to cede "Captain Britain" back to Brian when they have no plans...
^Adjectiveless #38, right before the Legion Quest started.
^They haven't developed her dynamic with Xavier and the original five as well as they should have.
^It didn't emerge with the Krakoa era, lucky, it emerged with that trash Mystery in Madripoor mini that preceded it by a year and undid the body swap in the most disorderly way imaginable.
She is written no differently to how Betsy was written while in possession of her body was what I meant. And during her Disassembled phase, for the most part.
And throwing in how Betsy is written...
One has been featured in between four and five line-ups -including a serious guest appearance in Captain Marvel-, the other has barely set foot on Krakoa soil for five years. If you argued that...
I'm getting more and more disheartened.
Let's see if she ends up in one of the remaining ongoings first. I've a feeling we'll be lucky to cash in a couple of guest appearances with Rachel in Jean's Phoenix solo.
Only one writer used her...
^I'll play along...
Sage
Sunspot
Moonstar
Warpath
Archangel
Chamber/Threnody/Dark Angel (Shevaun) --> one spot reserved for a character that hasn't been on X-Force before
Occasional guest...
By the by, are we still on track with getting a new New X-Men title at some point in 2024? Or did that change?
