Anthony Oliveira tweeted last night (and then deleted this morning) that something big is happening for him in comics today. Seemingly the announcement was delayed, but I assume it has to...
Oops, I totally misread this post, never mind.
The only people I’m really seeing argue that Locke is playing Nicholas Scratch are those that are desperate to not include the YA in the MCU or for whom no actor will be good enough for Billy. The...
It’s happening
I trust Anthony enough that if he could have included Eli, he would have (even if he didn’t intend to heavily focus on Eli). Marvel must not have let him for some reason.
Yeah that’s not tracing—it’s just references to iconic images of the characters.
I love the new costumes designs tbh
 Well that’s exciting. I also don’t love that they’re getting pushed into infinity comics instead of regular comics, but at least it’s content. And if we go by the Hulkling & Wiccan infinity...
Does anyone know which of the variants for Marvel Voices Pride is the incentive variant? (Or how I could figure this out?)
It has to have been recorded more recently than that—they mention Our Flag Means Death at the end of the show, which aired in March, and they mention waiting to hear about a season 2, so it sounded...
Not to fully put my clown makeup on, but it really sounded like he was hinting at something he’s written coming soon. And it’s been so quiet for so long for most YA characters, that something has to...
Maybe because there was a joke/troll tweet the other day that got a couple thousand likes about Kit Connor playing Hulkling in She-Hulk?
...
Thanks! Hoping we get some news soon.
Other than Marvel Voices Pride, do we know anything about upcoming appearances for anyone? Is it total radio silence for every YA character rn?
This doesn’t conflict though. She alludes to her thinking Bobby’s gay and then clarifies Marvel, at that point, had always written him as straight. And then she talks about what he means as a...
Thank you!
Do you remember which podcast this was? I’m interested in listening.
Where is the last link from? I don’t recognize it.
YEP. Some people on Twitter noticed as well. Love that Marvel so underuses their LGBT characters that no one noticed it wasn’t even *their* characters. Most likely was supposed to be Billy & Teddy.
Based on his tweets, Nick Robles may be confirming he's the artist for the Wiccan & Hulkling story in War Scrolls #2.
ETA: And now it's official!
Yeah, none of these are new books (at least that's what the speculation is leaning towards). Would be awesome for YA to be included in the collection in this way though.
1) Thor: Ragnarok
2) Black Panther
3) Avengers: Endgame
4) Avengers: Infinity War
5) Captain America: Civil War
6) Spider-Man: Homecoming
7) Captain America: Winter Soldier
8) Captain America:...
He's written a few small things before including a Steven Universe comic and one of the comics in the LGBT anthology Shout Out that just came out. This seems to be his first thing with Marvel though....
They're young gay men living in NYC. Drag brunch is a super fun thing that young gay men in NYC often go to. I don't think they'll be doing drag themselves, just attending. I also imagine while...
I am screaming, I cannot believe this is real. Preordering several copies.
