I prefer the Marvel omnibus series. I like HC and look great on shelf. They collect more issues than trades. I also like that they include the letters page.

This issue was a fun read. The banter between JH and Tallulah Black during their bar fight was epic! The follow up story with Madame .44 is going well and just what alternate universe did she swim...

Captain Midnight is one of my favorite titles. CM really took off with issue 6 and is still hitting it hard. And all that greatness for 2.99!

I agree with you on the art in the first Waid series...maybe I let that bad art affect my judgement on Waid's stories. But I like Bagley's art... One of my favorite Spidey Artists.
