Yes, it was IST.
Hey guys, saw that Batman Dini Omnibus was back up at 11:00 (just stating time in case it is gone when you look at this post) for anyone who still needs to grab it and doesn't want to pay retail.
Well crap, I ordered day of, with in minutes of it being put on the site and a week later I get this: "WOLVERINE OMNIBUS HC VOL 01 DM VAR NEW PTG is temporarily out of stock and is on backorder with...
I saw what they did to the reprint of Superman, that was just dumb, I agree, the way they did it with Wonder Woman V. 4 is the best of both worlds, kind of reminds me of a Marvel Omnibus, which to me...
Got my Wonder Woman Golden Age Vol . 4, I kind of like the new back and that the side and front are still the same as the other volumes, what are other people's thoughts on this?
I'm curious to know if Amazon will still be getting books otherwise I might need to pick up some things I missed from previous releases
I thought so too, but I checked over on Cheapgraphicnovels and their site says the 31st of this month, so, maybe that is correct?
It seemed like a wait for bargain bin, I don't want to encourage them forgoing actual continuations of Uncanny X-Men omnis, also, thanks to the person who shared the layout of it, seems like an...
Classic X-Men, worth it? I have most other X-Men ominibi, just on the fence about this one.
Haha, you're totally right! I feel like if you're a god of sorts, why wouldn't you monologue? You're the most important being in the room!
True, that is part of the fun.
I love the Fourth World stuff, but the flow of dialogue is better in his Marvel stuff, is that not Lee's influence?
Yeah, he has great ideas, he just needs someone like Stan Lee to liven them up.
It's fun and great, huge, weird '60s adventures. I feel like Grant Morrison had to try to make it weirder than it already was.
DC's own website still says the 27th, so, hoping. It has been correct for the past releases.
I thought this coming week was Thor SA 3 and next week was JLI, at least according to IST, thus making October slightly less painful on the wallet
I've been diggin' all of the older series omnibi, Legion is fun, one that is large and fun is Doom Patrol.
Anyone know if The Fourth World Omnibus will have everything, or will it be necessary to get the Mr. Miracle tpb?
Do we know for sure what the actual contents will be?
Hey, as long as the problem with the binding is fixed, all good, plus hopefully they keep printing in chronological order, Perez is great, but I prefer to follow a storyline, different artist or not.
I would also love to see a new omnibus format of all Golden Age Spectre, Dr. Fate, Sandman, Green Lantern, and the Flash
If that's the case, I would love them to finish GA then move onto the others, I love how silly the early stuff is, I will definitely support the GA stuff to see it continue to be printed. Granted, I...
Question for everyone, would you rather DC released the Golden Age Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman volumes as they have at the rate of two a year, or release a volume of golden age, a volume of...
I bit the bullet and decided to get it as well, not a bad price, plus let's hope it is chronological, that third volume is just plain weird if you're trying to follow a story straight through.
Do you think they will be doing chronological instead of just the stuff by Perez?
