I'm totally a part of the Tyler Perry audience because the man does zaniness in a way that not many others will. His work is also incredibly un-PC without being annoyingly gritty like an FX drama....

I would be interested in Dynamite using Wonder Woman. She could crossover with Xena or Red Sonja.
Batwoman being a supernatural title. It was a fresh and interesting take on Gotham and was built on what Rucka had done in her run in Detective Comics pre-Flashpoint. I mostly enjoyed the Rebirth...
HBO Max would be my guess. Too lazy to log in to confirm it.
I got around to finishing the first run of X-O Manowar from the 90s. And it ended BAD. The current Dennis Hopeless run may not be very good, but at least the storytelling is coherent.
It wouldn't shock me if that were the case. Zoe didn't come out until well into the comic's second run, when all the hype had died down.
I really liked the first episode of Batwoman! Ryan is an interesting character. I'd be cool with her becoming more prominent in the comics. And I say that as someone who loves Kate Kane to death (but...
I plan to wait for the trade, but it's really nice to hear that this mini is starting off so well!
Yes! Even has Dragon appearing a few times. I was happily surprised when he showed up in the IDW release as I'd never read the series during its original run.
Of all the Marvel comics I've read, only two characters have had their religion be essential to who they are: Matt Murdock and Kamala Khan. I suppose an argument could be made for the Jewish mutants,...
Dismissing bisexual women does nothing to further diversity. Thank you to the others in the thread for standing up to this.
Do they have anyone who isn't white lined up to write or draw a book? Seems like the closest they have is Spaniards on art, who are considered white in Europe but not in the US. It's kinda...
I finally caught up on X-O and I don't think Dennis Hopeless knows who Aric is at all. This run is dreadful. That is all I can say after months of "I like the writer, I'm giving him a chance". Makes...
Rai was one of the strongest and most unique books being put out by any publisher. Definitely that one.
I'm an ironic fan of Liefeld, but this is unexpected in the best of ways. Nobody ever cared about these characters before, but Rob has a dedicated fanbase so we'll see what happens with them.
I'm mostly digital, but if I love something enough (like the JHW3 Batwoman run), I'll buy it in trade.
You are on this thread just to be mad. And it is hilarious.
Final Witness isn't out yet, but The Visitor is still waiting to wrap up.
HBO Max has the animated Spawn complete with Angela and Chapel. So a continuation is unlikely, but a full reboot is very much possible.
I'm behind because I read Sonic in trades, but I really do love that book. Have been following Sonic since the Archie reboot awhile back.
The more I see about this show, the more excited I get. Getting strong "John Henry Irons as Steel" vibes from this. The Steel comic, not the Shaq movie.
That is a really, really white list.
Hex11 on Comixology. There is a way to buy print copies, but I've never actually done it so I can't tell you what the process is.
I sorta agree. And hopefully it ships on time, because those delays really hurt the Witchblade relaunch. (As did the underwhelming story, though the art was amazing.)
That's how Spawn has been since issue 1, though.
