True, the story was weird. But overall, Namor was a bad ass. More awesome Namor, and less killing of old friends. 4 out of 5 stars for my first issue of this new Avengers comics.

Agree! These pages have me very excited. Looks like Conan, and the art is "old school with a modern feel" to me. Very excited for my first hero to be prominent again!

Love the new "team" of heroes in the book. The book continues to be rock solid as far as writing, though I was sad not to see Batsheva's art. Surprised no one else has commented on this issue yet. ...

The book is "fun", but this was another down issue for me. I think I like the odd numbered issues much better so far; can't wait for issue #5.

This comic is becoming one of the best ones out there. I actually saved this one to read last, and I wasn't disappointed. Cannot wait to read many more issues by this writer. 4.7 out of 5 for me.
